Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The two bedroom suit was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and the location can't be beat. We walked everywhere.

Very poor soundproofing - people came in late at night, and we could hear what they were saying.

location was convenient if you want to be near the boardwalk or downtown

rooms facing the street are super loud. traffic noise all night. rooms were pretty small and outdated. We had terrible neighbors next to us one night that were screaming and yelling and banging things all night and we couldn’t sleep at all. The staff was able to switch us to another room for our last night there thankfully but we had to pay the $40 in room difference fees still to switch our room.

The reception was able to make a change because I had a bad room when I got there and they gave me another room when I requested.

I've got a bad room when I got there; it was smelly, far from other rooms, and unsafe. Also, I've thought the price was very high for the type of room.

Updated decor and fixtures. Very clean and great location, as you can walk to the beach.

The room is relatively smaller, the heater makes noises and the wifi is unstable.

I wasn't expecting 2 rooms, which worked well; one of us could be reading in one room and the other could watch television. I like that parking is off the street, and the owner is on site. This is my second stay here. It is close to my friends and to stores etc. The heater worked well to take off the chill.

My only complaint is the cold tile floor in the bathroom. Next time I may bring a rug.
