The pool looked a little too green for our liking. And the lock on our door was not very secure.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn before. If need be, I will stay there again.

The power was turned off for a while because the power company was doing work in the area.

Restaurant hours to short

Location to Moffitt cancer hospital.

I reserved a room from September 1 until September 5 due to surgery at Moffitt. My wife and son were to stay there during my stay at Moffitt. The surgery went well and I was able to get released from Moffitt the next day. My wife and son checked out on September 3. I requested a refund for the remainder of the reservation. The staff indicated they would be glad to provide the refund only I had to go through my booking agent which I did. Still have not received any refund.
