The property was very nice. We were there for one night to cruise the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer, very comfy and cozy. Also the staff was very helpful. The quick assistance when the computers were down to print out our boarding pass.

The property was great.

I was asked what brought us there to stay and I replied that it was my brother's celebration of life. They upgraded our room for free. So very thoughtful!

It was 15 minute shuttle drive to the airport. The staff were nice. My kids enjoyed the pool.

The room was not clean. There was a purple artificial nail on the floor, the desk chair had pen on it, the shelf between the beds was not level, and the soap dispenser were not screwed into the wall in the bathroom. There was not enough lotion, shampoo/conditioner, or body wash in the shower. We did tell the front desk and my eldest daughter took pictures.

I switched to this hotel because it said the rooms were soundproof..they are NOT. My room was in between a group of people that had rented 3 rooms ( 1 on either side and 1 across from me) between doors slamming and kids being left in one room to have a “sleepover “ I heard them all the way until 3:30 am.

the room next to us had loud music well into the night and I had a 630 flight next morning so wasn’t very happy about that.

This location was close to the airport and they run a 24-hour shuttle. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Our room was not as clean as you might expect and the furniture was a bit stained and worn.

Service excellent, clean and comfortable rooms - and breakfast great. Bartender in the hotel bar "saved" us when vending machine was broken.

The shuttle took a bit long, no food available after 11pm and the only vending machine broken.

Missed breakfast due to early flight. Love this hotel!

Needs more shuttles when more than 5 for airport.

The property was very conveniently located to the airport with regular shuttles. The room was comfortable and having a restaurant and coffee shop on site a big plus. Great fitness center. Jessica, our server at the Tavern restaurant was helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome.
