The pool was over crowded and the Jacuzzi was gross

Varias cosas Principalmente el trato del personal Cuando uno trabaja en servicio al cliente debería intentar controlar los gestos, el tono de voz, las miradas y el lenguaje corporal. Viajo sola. Cómo lo indico en todas las reservas que hago. Y me sentí incómoda en varias ocasiones. El restaurante en el que te ofrecen desayuno “incluido” es un “free gift” y tienes que hacer todo un trámite para poder sentarte en una mesa. Las meseras del Restaurant hablan gritan de lado a lado. Hacen comentarios todo el tiempo. No es un ambiente silencioso o tranquilo en absoluto. Como viajera sola Me gustaría que se respetara por ejemplo mantener un ambiente calmado por lo menos para comer, lo cual en Apple Bees es imposible. Nuevamente me preguntaron con qué Pasaporte ingrese y de que manera pagaré la cuenta Cuando esa información está en la computadora. Y en todo caso no me deberían preguntar lo mismo hasta el final. Hasta que yo pague la cuenta. Quisiera que me expliquen porque es necesario “chequear” esa información antes de salir del hotel. Porque el personal de atención al cliente está tran preocupado de que nacionalidad eres y cómo pagarás ? El hotel todo el tiempo estuvo en construcción Nunca me avisaron que el techo estaría en remodelación Que el costado de la piscina estaría en reparación Que todo el costado de la piscina solo se escucharía martillazos Y material de construcción cuando se supone uno va a un resort a relajarse.

Nos gusto mucho la Ubicacion del hotel, la cercania con muchos sitios turisticos. La habitacion muy buena y su limpieza.

The on site Applebees restaurant is fantastic and the food prices are excellent! Hotel location is great and I had a very comfortable stay. King bed was great and wifi connection very good also.

No complaints. Everything was very good.

The hotel is a 15-minute ride away from DisneyWorld and Universal Studios, and has free parking.

The room was pretty rundown. Generally clean, but the carpet looked old and smelled a little. Rooms are not soundproof, and it is quite noisy until late at night, including listening to the elevators go up and down. Support was not the speediest… We asked for help with changing the remote control of the TV as it was not working, but it took more than 2 hours to get it done even after a few follow-up calls. Early in our first morning, the power went off in the whole hotel, and it was not back until we left one our later. Luckily we had the lights on our phones to help us in the bathroom and to get things ready. The last day, the beds were not made, with only the towels changed…As we left early and got in late from the parks, the hotel was only a place to sleep. Nevertheless, we will be looking for another place next time.

Todo muy cómodo. En general . Buen precio cómodo cercano a todos los lugares parques restaurantes farmacia bencina. Perfecto.

The manager helped me when I told her about the bad situation I experienced

One person in the lobby (his name was Ryan) humiliated me, he told me he didn’t find my reservation and start yelling at me instead of listening, my reservation was completely paid already I he was not giving me any solution. Instead of that he told me he was calling the cups if I didn’t leave the hotel, I didn’t yell at him at any time. The other lady in the lobby heard everything and gave me my room in less than 3 minutes, she was very sweet her name was jasmine, the next day I talked to the manager Doris she was very kind too

They should not allow to smoke on the pool area. The smell of weed is horrible.

Conveniently located, rooms are spacious.

A few hours after checking out I called back the front desk and let them know that I left the phone charger in the room - I was 100% sure I left it still plugged into the wall by the lamp facing the window. After waiting for the front desk to connect with housekeeping I was told they didn't find anything. I couldn't believe they didn't have the decency of retuning the charger and cable- I was willing to pass by since I was just a few mins away. So, I guess if you leave anything behind in the room it's not returned, and someone else gets to keep the item. Very disappointed with the service.

The room and the view

We evacuated ahead of the hurricane and stayed for two days. Hotel was I described. We had a king room with the two bunkbeds. And it gave an extra amount of space. Of note, the king bed is very comfortable, however, it is quite high. Elderly people, or short people may have trouble getting in and out! The two bunkbeds are child size. The mattresses are thinner and if you’re not careful, you’ll hit your head when you’re sitting up in the bed, which we didn’t realize when we booked. The room was very clean as was the hotel. It’s very nice that the Applebee’s has an entrance right off of the hotel lobby, so when it’s raining, you don’t even have to leave the building. The hotel is shaped like a giant you around a courtyard with the pool, so you can mostly get to the lobby area without going outside or getting wet as you can walk there either under a covered area outside or through the building hallways. They have a nice pool area and tiki bar. The staff working there were helpful and pleasant. Overall a very good stay.

The staff and facilities were amazing. They gave us the best time to enjoy ourselves after long day in the parks.

They only had 1 working elevator which can be a pain when you are staying on the 6th floor. The hotels location was great but the fact that you can only turn right out of the hotel was annoying with all the traffic of Orlando/Kissimmee area.
