The location of the hotel was close to the highways and easy to get to.

Our room was less than expected. We had roaches in our room. After informing the front desk staff they offered to put more bug traps in our room and clean up any dead roaches we had found. More traps were put down, but nothing had been cleaned. When we returned to our room in the evening there were roaches climbing up the wall which made it very uncomfortable to try and sleep. We also asked if there was anyway we could have an extra pillow and we're informed there were no extra pillows available. We were never asked how our stay was after we checked out.

Very friendly helpful staff, free laundry, provided broom when needed, layout was exceptional, fully equipped kitchenette, except for frying pan, ease of obtaining additional towels

The second room was clean. No clogs in the drains. Good wifi. Friendly staff.

The first room I was assigned had a serious cockroach infestation, moreover there were crumbs on the carpet and a footprint on the bathroom floor. I wondered whether anyone was actually meant to be in that room as surely it was impossible that housekeeping could have not noticed the infestation - I killed nine roaches in four hours before asking for another room, and saw four more roaches in the kitchen area and another in the bathroom as I was leaving. The hotel needs to stop selling that room until the cockroaches are under control.

Ability to get a room.

Worried about security of vehicle in parking lot but the next morning everything was fine.
