Positive: It was close to the SEA airport, the hotel shuttle service was great..the rooms are nice for a comfortable overnight stay..very clean.

The hotel cable was bad, we had no TV to enjoy all evening when we came back to the room..The hotel didn't tell us about this. I called several times to ask for help..no help. Then the TV electric surge which caused TV to go on and off all night caused light in the room. The breakfast could have been much better..like offering some scrambled eggs and bacon..some already made oatmeal not just instant. The seating place for breakfast was way too small.. People were standing to eat their breakfast because room was small and not enough tables. We had to sit in the lobby at a chair and eat.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The handicapped accessible room didn't have a walk in shower.

It was such good value for money. I wasn’t expecting the room to be so nice.

The breakfast was lacking. I didn’t have any but my husband said the only milk he could find for his cereal was the little containers meant for coffee. I’m sure this must have been an oversight, but it is the only reason I gave them an overall 9 vice a 10.

It was close to the airport so I can catch my flight the next day with there free shuttle. Free Breakfast in the morning was very good

I asked at check in if I could extend my room a couple of hours the next day since my flight didn't leave till later in the day they said come back to the desk the next morning so I did and they wouldn't let me keep the room for a little more even though the front desk lady said it was fine when I checked in.

location is great, walking distance to terminals, kind staff, near a decent restaurant.

Well the traffic outside is quite heavy but thats how it is around here. When are the Americans going to learn that a handheld shower is much better and fitted sheets instead of all this loose sheets in bed ;)

Rooms are quite dak.

The room is very comfortable and the breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, cereals hot and cold, and different breads to toast and more, it had everything I wanted! The shuttle is close to the airport and has you there before you know it. Across the parking lot is a great restaurant called Sharps RoastHouse. It has a good menu, specialty drinks and many kinds of beer!

The location was great. We did not want to stay in Seattle. The restaurant located in the same parking area was fabulous

Only hotel on the 'strip' I use. Good value, free shuttle, free breakfast & most importantly, great staff.

There is nothing about this hotel that I dislike. I've tried most hotels on this road & some have become nothing more than old fashioned 'flop houses' that double as brothels.

Close to airport and great shuttle

Went to the restaurant next to the hotel for a to go order. While waiting another hotel guest came to order, he had a coupon that was given to him when he checked in. We did not receive nor was offered.

The morning Staff at the reservation were very helpful when we arrived at the airport and called them for our pick up.

rooms are kinda small for a family of 4 with luggage, I ended up getting a second room. we stayed 3 nights, could have done a single night no problem.

Not enough choice at breakfast, not much fruit or fresh muffins, and the doughnuts were definitely slightly stale

They have a great breakfast especially the freshly made waffles.
