I liked the staff, amenities and the location

I did not like that I booking.com and Marriott lead me to believe that I would receive points for my stay with Marriott. I also did not stay in a balcony room even though it said I would have a balcony room in my booking. I did not complain about the balcony at the property because we had already waited hours for our room even though I said I’d be there for an early check in.

Our favorite hotel in Florida - definitely in the Orlando area. The pool, rooms, location, restaurants on site - cannot be matched! Stay here every time and you will not be disappointed!

our room was poor and would have liked an option to upgrade but was never given the option our room smelt of damp and had obviously had some kind of leak or flood who wants to keep complaining when they turn up to a hotel. it was obvious you were not full at all and yet you chose to put us in that room even tho it smelt so bad especially giving us that room for xmas we have been to your hotel for the last 4 years so very disappointing that you would choose to give us that room

Everything was awesome everyone very friendly

Bed was comfy and clean. The location was nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room I took was at the very end of the corridor although I’m a member with Marriott Bonvoy and I travel a lot. The toilet wasn’t clean, I found female hair all over the toilet and in the bath, even on my pillows in bed.

Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Staff was friendly especially the gentleman that brought up our bags. Checking in was quick and late checkout was provided to accommodate a 1pm lunch reservation. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Knife and Spoon. Overall it was a great stay.

Water park was close most of the time

Has gotten way overpriced. Pina coladas with a floater cost $30. Valet is $55. The food was just average and expensive. Took away the sushi, that was the most disappointing.

First of all, you took your snacks and drinks out of the rooms for after hours I came in from a meeting at midnight and could not order room service. You didn’t have snacks in the refrigerator or even a soda pop nothing I had to wait to order food I did not eat that evening and had to wait until 8 o’clock the next morning this is horrible. I’ve never paid this much money for a room and not had great service, I stay at the intercontinental hotel all over the world. I have never had issues like this. You’re trying to charge this much money without having your bar in the room for the additional snacks that are paid for by the client or sodas.

So fun ! Beautiful clean and we funded everything at the same place. Nice restaurants ❤️

They changed the salad menu at pool bar restaurant.

Almost everything! From the lobby, to the restaurants/bars, to the pools and lazy river, to the rooms. All were very well kept and beautiful

The only disappointment I had was the fact that complimentary WiFi was not offered within the rooms. A hotel charging as much as they do for a stay should not also charge for someone to use the WiFi. Especially when cell service (for me anyways) is so spotty in the rooms.

Family friendly and great restaurants at the property as well as bars. The water park is also wonderful
