Very good and reasonable restaurant where we ate both nights, huge portions. Breakfast and breakfast nook on floor 6. Hotel arranged shuttle to Pier 91, arrived early! Also a short trip to sightseeing via cab or Lyft from hotel.

Location, no other restaurants around area, only Subway or small pizza place that was take out only.

The transportation cost from the hotel to our cruise terminal provided by hotel was a little pricy considering we shared a bus with lots of other people. The uber back to hotel from cruise terminal much cheaper.

Location was good, and breakfast served free of charge was excellent (hours, diversity & quality of the food options). The room was spacious, well mantained, with good natural ligh. The shower had a leaking problem (through the glass doors), though, and I missed some essential ammenities in the room, such as shower cap and body lotion. Elevator needs to be modernized (too old and slow), and Front Office & bar team needs better training, but overall hotel is very good.

Breakfast was pretty good. Decent selection of breads. Had scrambled eggs, sausage biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, hash browns. Toaster available for toasting breads.

Room was in the 80s when we arrived. Took a day and a half to get to 70. Didn't sleep well, especially the first night as the room was way too warm. Bed was very comfortable. Microwave is hard to see as it's on a lower shelve. Small refrigerator worked well.

My door was open when I came back to hotel. The cleaning lady probably forgot to close properly. Thank god that my stuff was not stolen.

First of all, this review is based on the fact that I got c. 40% off via the Booking.com Genius programme (but be aware, lots of extra taxes and charges NOT included in Booking.com price, which you have to pay regardless). If you would pay full price, at most 4/10, and I would certainly not recommend. The location is great, walking distance to most sights in central Seattle, and a 10min walk to the main convention centre (if you are travelling for a conference/work). Room is spacious, comfortable and well thought-out (and you could fit a small family in it, at the cost of less space for luggage). There is a small shop you can buy food/drinks/essentials. Breakfast is decent (albeit often crowded, and sometimes half the items have run out without being replaced). Staff at reception are polite and friendly.

To start with, the Wi-Fi is beyond abysmal. You may have to face the possibility that connecting your device is simply not possible (smartphones in particular, even new ones, are a nightmare to connect), and then frequent disconnects (with random possibility to reconnect). The food served in the hotel restaurant (and room service) is the kind that occasionally gives American food a bad rep in Europe. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. Non-existent sound proofing (and AC is VERY loud). And if you pay full price, then it is simply not worth it...

Not really. Just from my perspective, some staff at the front could be even more friendly, which would surely make the visitors feel even more welcome.

The suite was really nice and the breakfast was lovely. At first, I was little unhappy because they served only pork options but without even complaining they started adding turkey options every day.

Cleaning rooms every other day was not always happening but to be honest the front desk always made sure it happens and took care of it whenever I brought it to their attention. I still think cleaning rooms should be on a daily basis.

Excellent breakfast with 24/7 coffee. Good security and service.

Parking fees (USD 40 per day) are higher than the other garages and I suggest to provide discounts for long-term residents.

Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Every staff person was pleasant, helpful, kind.

The door to the bathroom was "off" jamb? To open or close took a good push, and, I think, made nasty noise for neighbors.

Staff was great as well as breakfast selections. We were able to door dash food with ease and location central to downtown and attractions was great.

Only main issue was amount of traffic noise due to being adjacent to freeway on ramp

Wanted to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you and shout-out the staff. The rooms were comfortable but we did need some help - e.g. there wasn't enough bedding provided. That was fixed in well under 5 mins. They helped us out with a bunch of very small things that cropped up during our stay, and were so helpful, friendly and prompt every single time. A particular shout out to Ms. Williams for her assistance on our last day. Our stay was so much better because of her and the team's help. Separately, super impressed with the noise cancelling. Our window looked right onto a busy road and we didn't hear a single bit of traffic noise.

Not quite as luxurious a suite as we'd hoped - the space was a little on the small side. But very comfortable all the same.

There was no WiFi In my room all weekend I raise this with reception where I was given a number and had to call the hotel IT myself as they didn’t know how to fix it ! So I called on the reception phone waited 20 minutes for it to still have no WiFi ! Breakfast is average! Not much variety

Sofa bed could have been explained a bit better as was on the floor which made it a bit hard to get out of.

Very friendly front desk staffs. Location is good. Close to some public bus stop and restaurants And quite near light train station (capitol hill) walk about 15 min. Breakfast is also nice and food is tasting with frequent refill the food and drink. Good service.

Toilet tank flush sometimes didn't work properly. However the plumber fixed it all and it works well.
