The location to Balloon Fiesta. The staff was friendly, helpful and always smiling.

The facilities were tired, old, in desperate need of updating. We hear there is a big renovation coming next month..Nov 2024.

East security door was propped open in the PM dog walk area unlit on one side and other side was being watered and was told to walk my dog away from front side even though I was past smoking area. a lot of people hanging out in cars in parking lot pretty unsafe feeling all around! 1/4 inch of dirt on floor around all walls very stained carpet in room and halls faucet was turned off we had to turn on faucet under sink and the faucets turn opposite of each other

It's just another mid-range businessman's hotel. Although I have a confirmed reservation with Booking.com, the hotel had no record of that. I had to put the room on my credit card, call Booking.com, wait while the support agent called the hotel, and then be told by the agent that my non-cancelation room would be canceled. I'm still waiting to see if the credit shows up on my account. As usual in hotel bathroom design, the lights over the sink are misplaced. In this case, the sink is to the left of the counter while the lights are centered. Consequently, if someone is putting on makeup or shaving, the left side of the face is in a shadow.

THEY HAD ZERO INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RESERVATION WHEN WE GOT THERE.

WE WERE TOLD THERE WERE NO ROOMS AND WE DID NOT HAVE A RESERVATION.

For a Marriot it was under par. No breakfast included. Facility needs to be updated for a Marriott
