The property had recently been updated. The room was clean and modern.

Check In was a horrible process. It’s a time share. Theu do not want to to take no for an answer

No complaints. Room was exceptional. Lodge was overall great. Employees were extremely helpful.

This property had every amenity there we needed. All we needed was the grocery store local to have food and could have stayed here for the week with all the fun at our hands,water fun, bowling,arcade,mini golf and golf. Amazing friendly staff. Loved the contact through my personal phone messaging to the front desk!

The property needed lighting along with walkway path to the indoor water park at night time.

There was no breakfast at our location.

Since there were kids with us, I would have liked it better if our room had be in the main hotel. The walk back and forth was inconvenient.

I love that we did not have to go anywhere. They have some much for children and adults to do on the property.

Got there early on check-in day. Only to have to wait, which was expected. What I did not expect was waiting almost an hour after check-in for our room to be ready. What topped that off was on the day of departure, someone decided to vandalize my car with different types of food. So, I tried seek help from management and was told several times there’s nothing they can do. I was very disappointed and heart broke how a wonderful trip overall ended. So, just a tip never park your vehicle close to your room, thinking because it’s close it better. No, it’s not because either you have unsupervised children or trifling adults. They have no security on the Wyndham side or cameras in that area of the building. So, since nothing was stolen I was told I would just have to file a police report. The only person that was genuinely concerned was the maintenance guy. I don’t know if it was because he almost go hit with ice, someone decided to throw off a balcony or the fact he had to clean up the mess people decide to leave behind.
