The breakfast was very pedestrian the hotel is of high quality therefore the breakfast bar is expected the same very disappointed!! Not enough towels for the occupants smh

it’s good location from the places I had to be.

i have gone 4 times in the past 4 months and the Wifi in the room is always a problem first time they said the problem was on the 4th floor. Second time the 5th floor. Last time I had a decent connection in the 3rd floor. I also requested for room service and I never had it.

Super nice staff! Great location on NW Expressway. Good breakfast included.

Had to go from 2nd floor to 5th floor for ice. machine was broken on 2 and floors 3 & 4 were under remodel.

The sheets on one of my beds were dirty. It looked as though someone smeared eye makeup or something on it.

The dirty scuffed up walls in my room every time I came down to the front desk no one was there and no way to reach them.

The bed was so uncomfortable. the walls were dirty. It had a awful smell.

Rooms very dated. Bathroom door facing in bath rusted out beside shower. Could be a hazard if didn't watch getting out of shower.. No breakfast like site says. Carpet and furniture in room stained.

The pool wasn't terrible.

The shower water was either scalding hot or just hot there was nothing less. Staff was going to come look at it but never did. The room is WAY over priced! The breakfast is less than mediocre. Cereal and microwavable bagels? Even for a continental breakfast that is cheap garbage. Right outside the room was what I believed to be an a/c unit or something and it ran all night and day so it was a little tough to sleep.

Hot tub .but it was to small for me an my husband that was only reason we rented the room was for us to enjoy it together an we couldn't

It had a bad smell so I had to buy an fabreez plug in an carpet looked like it was out of 1980 I couldn't find TV guide an they had no vending only in front desk over priced crap an I almost couldny even check in even thou I paid 200 bucks already. Cuz they wanted another 50 or I wouldnt be able to stay. An if I would not been able to check in I was lost out on my 200 dollar an honest room was not a suite like it was.supposed to be it was tiny crappy hot tub roomm I loved hot tub tho but was to small for 2 people
