Obviously an older building built on a highway before the interstate. Was still very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location.

This is not a high end hotel but it is very clean and comfortable! My husband and I were traveling and needed to stop for the night. Most of the hotels we usually stay in were booked. It was out of desperation we chose the Royal Inn but it will be intentional next time! Owen greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. He is an asset to the company!

It suited our needs perfectly!

The price and the lower pet fee.

The crawling worm/bug on the bed. But our dog likely brought it in the room after her walk outside. The lack of warm/ hot water in the shower. A cold shower isn’t comfortable. The noise of the ice machine that was in the hall across from our door.

We wanted an inexpensive stay, it was simple and about what we expected.

Very little ambiance, but for the price of a one night stay, it was fine.

Good value, clean, central location, met expectations.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable! It looked like the laminate flooring in the main room and the tile in the bathroom had been recently replaced. The two staff members that I met were pleasant.

The window was the sliding kind, and it was not locked. In fact, it was slightly opened. It did close properly and I was able to lock it. The room was on the ground floor in an older part of town, close to other businesses, so I was a little worried that someone could fairly easily get in through the window. The bathroom sink was the kind attached to the wall and it was loose, so was a little wobbly.
