The hotel is under serious repair. It should not be open to the public. Dust was everywhere. Concerned about aspectus.

Location. Good thing that they are still a pet friendly place. We didn't have pets with us, others did. Horrible pillows.

Hotel is in transition! None of the old wonderful staff are there, breakfast was cold, electrical plug points in our room was not all in working order. Overall, it's a dismal place now. Hopefully, it will be better soon.

Very nice breakfast and loved the walk in shower.

The gentleman working the night shift was nice.

The woman working the day shift around 5:30 was very rude and talked over me when I called. When my plane arrived I called the hotel back for a ride from the airport, she again talked over me and hung up on me when I asked asked her to repeat herself since I was unable to hear her. In addition the property has not been kept up. It took over 40 minutes for the shuttle from a different hotel to arrive. Furthermore, it is in great need of an update. It is a $30 hotel room with a charge of over $100.

Clean and good breakfast.

the area didn't have a lot to offer. More of a comute to city and I understand it's an airport destination.

I like the fact that it is a clean place. And the people are friendly, we had a wonderful time.

I can't think of anything we didn't like

The front desk people were very nice helpful. The hotel was amazingly clean and beautiful and really close to restaurants and shopping centers
