Beds had blood stains , towels and sheets had multiple stains such as oil stains and hair glue, staff was extremely rude always have google translate ready to communicate, floors where dirty, pieces of ceiling tiles missing, hallway smells like pet urine, rooms are extremely dirty I had to clean after hospitality, when asking for a supervisor you are directed to the website which the phone number is still unavailable, after contacting customer service still didn’t get help was told someone will contact me 12 days later, when checking in I had to wait 30 minutes due to cashier closing register, the hotel stole money from me and would not compensate or even give me an extra stay as I paid for a week stay. I also had to call police 2x on the cashier by the name of Brandon as he kept harassing me. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

I didn’t like anything

Staff was polite and helpful once it was realized that morning staff did not check us in correctly so night staff checked someone else into our room and i had to leave my event to come back to hotel because they were trying to kick my son out of our room.

The biggest problem is the roaches. Then the poor fix up jobs and was not very clean.

The door was functioning poorly. The room had 2 cockroaches. 1 in the bathroom. 1 cockroach under the bed.

I liked the fact that the hotel lobby and hallways were clean and the fact that the hotel front desk clerk was very polite and professional during checkout.

I didn't like the fact that the room that was rented to me was filthy and being used to preform dark arts against unsuspecting individuals. When I first arrived in the room about thirty minutes later I started feeling stabs to the right side of my head so I started to clean the room and was able to sleep on the floor as the bedding linen was contaminated too. All through the night I kept waking up and in the morning I tried to stay in the room and clean it some more and the energy in it became more intense. When I explained my experience to the clerk at checkout I was explained that the room that I was put in was a room that was up for remodeling. I expressed to the clark at that time that that being the case and the condition of the room that it should not be getting rented out. I requested a refund on Tuesday the day after checkout. Today is Thursday and I have not heard back from booking.com nor Motel6 regarding my refund. It is very unreasonable for people to believe that they could perform rituals on unsuspecting individuals and then charge them for it at the same time.
