The staff was extremely friendly. The facility was very clean. Every morning you’re able to receive a hot breakfast and hot coffee. Our room was spacious and very clean when we arrived and remain clean during our stay.
There wasn’t anything that we disliked about the property other than the parking lot seems small, but it is not a dealbreaker.

the pull-out couch mattress was very poor. could feel the springs. my son slept on the floor with the cushions off the couch.

our fridge had leftover drinks in it, the jet tub was not cleaned, there was still soap all over the wall

good location, clean.
need an area to gather in small groups to play cards and games. the breakfast area should not be closed all day. find a way to open up the tables all day and keep just the food area roped off. this resulted in groups playing cards in the hallways when the lights went out due to a power outage and made people in their rooms upset- even tho it wasn’t even 10 pm yet. management needs to change this policy immediately.

Pool was closed. No notice online. I wanted my rooms together but that didn't happen. I probably won't be coming back.

The hotel was nice but I booked because of the pool it didn't say anywhere that thr pool was down online I honestly could have booked cheaper with a pool but chose this hotel for the location and the pool im disappointed

Location was right off the highway, which was great, not a lot around the hotel Olive Garden next door not sure if it had a bar area. Excellent breakfast by today's standards actual real hot food and lots of varieties. Great hotel but see the didn't like answer.
Pool was closed, toilet in room would partially flush intermittently during our stay (1 night) which kept waking us up, advised front desk when we checked out but if the room is cleaned everyday why would they still rent out the room if the cleaning staff knew about the toilet?

It was perfect for our trip. Good rooms at a reasonabe price. Breakfast would have been great - it looked great, but we had other plans and we had a big dinner the evening before. I liked the walking distance to a number of good restaurant options.
Very helpful staff. Kids liked the good WIFI.
I love to find flaws, but struggeling to find any for this stay.
