This was by far the best room we've stayed at. We were comfortable and our babies were happy which in turn made us happy. Best breakfast and awesome bed!

The breakfast was average. Each day there were a few new items added.

Perhaps adding some meats on some days and cereal should be available everyday.

That they had 24 hour security driving around the parking lots. It was a rough area so that was nice.

It was filthy. The remote was sticky, there were marks everywhere from dirt and who knows what on the walls. The bed had hair!! On the pillows, flat sheet and around the bed. It was so disgusting but we arrived at 2 am and out our clothes in the bed to sleep on. I was for real concerned about bed bugs.

hospitality was amazing

I used booking.com and was charged $138.00 and given confirmation and when I went to check in the lady at the front desk told me that I didn’t have a booking.com reservation because it was declined and made me pay $155.00 plus the deposit. She said it was a known issue with booking.com and I’d get reimbursed even though I have never had an issue with Booking.com before. It was after midnight so I didn’t have any resources to use to see if the information was correct. Needless to say I still have not been reimbursed by either company so a one night stay ended up costing me close to $300 after taxes!!! I’m very unhappy!!

Didn’t have the breakfast. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable.

Took forever getting checked in due to issues with 3rd party billing (which doesn’t make sense for rooms paid ahead of time). Wanted adjoining rooms or rooms close together because I drove 2 hours to OKC for a bachelorette party, and they told me the weren’t adjoining and didn’t offer to switch rooms to make them adjoining.
