Hotel is lovely and we enjoyed drinks in the bar, breakfast on the rooftop enjoying views of the balloons. Food was delicious.

My experience at Hotel Chaco was the most top tier I have ever had. There is so much careful attention to detail. So many different textures on the walls! The grand entrance is breathtaking and there are a wide range of amenities that make you feel rejuvenated. I was blown away by the bedding. Every sheet was soft and crisp and the pillows were exactly what I needed for the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The balcony is so intimate and I was able to see the mountains my view. It is right across the street from the Sawmill market which has a range of delicious options, but the resident chef at Chaco curated a well crafted menu. Every staff I met was warm and accommodating. If ever I end up back in Albuquerque, I will certainly rest my head at Hotel Chaco

backdrop was beautiful

no amenities in the room, room service was from place across the street not at hotel nothing was open until 3 or 4 pm with restaurant or bar, restaurant closed 9pm. hotels was going to charge me $35 a night for incidentals and there were no incidentals to GET! coffee supplies in room with machine was terrible refrigerator not stocked with anything not even to purchase in room. location just ok I have stated in many hotels and for the $$$ not worth the stay, chose this for my sister’s bday and treat her and was a big bummer!! will not refer to anyone only to say nit to stay.
