Great location, amazing room with small kitchen and even a stove. Room was very comfortable. Was able to check in earlier.

Breakfast was basic - eggs potato sausages. Not a single vegetable. On Saturday 9am it was a huge mess - bread gone, plates gone, juices finished, filthy tables that nobody cleans - not the experience I expected from this place. And at 11am your key stops working but nobody tells you that so you wait in check out line to reactive the key then wait 10 min in a line to elevators both up and down just to pick up your bags. Very unnecessary delay and could be easily avoided if they can just say that at check in. Front desk stuff did the job but missing the friendliness and welcoming vibe. The lady was searching my first name (I said it twice it’s a first name) and couldn’t find it for a bit and only then told me she apparently needed my last name (how would I know). Decent place, but missing some things.

Location near the Paramount. Easy walking distance to many Seattle sights. Parking garage on site. Large lobby. Fast elevators. Comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast.

Awful coffee. No free water in the room. Restaurant is active at breakfast but empty otherwise.

The hotel location was great, the room size was perfect. A corner room is great, the room was clean and fitted my expectations. Would book there again if given the opportunity

Unfortunately the fridge was rather noisy, it takes some time to get used to it at night. Other than that nothing to report

the lobby was very nice and orderly. the rooms were clean and well kept. the location was convenient to other downtown amenities.

our door lock (for the room) malfunctioned and locked us out of our room. we had to be relocated In the middle of the night, while all of our belongings stayed in our room. there was no night staff to help.

The room and guest experience was great until the day of check out.

The morning of our departure there was no food for breakfast. Really- when we went down at 9:15 (breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00) the scene was utter chaos, No food- tons of people waiting. Finally left and went to Dennys. The response from the hotel was standard form letter- no offer of compensation (a discount on a future stay would have been welcome). To add insult to injury- the charged me for parking (which I did not use). They refunded the parking fee ($108 for 2 days!!) without a hint of an apology. I get it- things go wrong, but where was the manager to take charge? Apologize for the situation? Extend breakfast service by 30 minutes? Tell their guests what to expect? A failure at the highest level.
