The area was clean and the food was very good. Ms. Karen, the breakfast bar attendant, was very welcoming,and kept everything clean and fresh.She makes your organization look good.

My family traveled 5 hours because I was having back surgery at MUSC and we had to stay 12 nights. The room wasn’t ready at 3pm like it was supposed to be. While waiting we found out the pool wasn’t open due to construction (it did end up opening that day but was freezing the entire time), they found an open room finally but it smelled like sewage, moved us to a room with a door that the lock was messed up on and we couldn’t unlock it after using it twice, finally moved us to our 3rd suite which was fine (but we left a few things in the 2nd. room and they told us there was no way to get them, but saw housekeeping the next morning and they retrieved it out of the trash). Housekeeping was spotty at best and always had to be requested, including clean towels/dishwasher soap/trash bags (even when it had passed their minimum time for a long stay). Our fire alarm went off at 3am one night for no reason while I was barely able to walk and we took the stairs for safety, but it ended up being a technical issue which they had to have a manager drive to the location to fix (so we sat in our room for 20 minutes with it blaring in the middle of the night). Towels for the pool were never stocked and you had to request them at the desk, but sometimes were unavailable. Overall not what we expected for $2k out of pocket.

The breakfast was not being served fully until the time indicated. Had to get general manager to correct issue. Had to request many times to get room serviced. Pool needed to be cleaned. Area did not feel safe.

I didn't partake in breakfast but I did like the fact that it was available.

The mattress being a little softer. I stayed at this same hotel about 2 weeks ago and the mattress was super soft so we decided to come back. The mattress was soft but not as soft as the other one.

Huge rooms, heavenly bed, very friendly staff

Surrounded by major roads so fairly noisy although pretty sound proofed in the room. About 30 minutes from historic district. Breakfast selection very basic, plastic cutlery, paper plates and bowls.

Booked king suite 2 months in advance. Arrived and was told I didn’t have a room. Then after searching they said they had moved me to hotel next door without notifying me. 2nd hotel couldn’t find my room, I had to walk back to first hotel only to be told to walk back to hotel next door again! Horrible experience after long trip.
