it was perfect it would have been much better if you take your guest complimentary to the beach.

The location is very convenient since it is right beside the Tram and it is near in the beach. The Apartment is very spacious and very good for the families. The staff are extremely nice specially Reji.

One of the lifeguard in the swimming pool is not nice because my nephew ate ice cream and accidentally spill it in the towel but one of the life guard scolded us about my nephew spilling the ice cream and telling that it is difficult to remove the ice cream stain in the towel. It is unexpected behavior from the staff and my nephew is just a boy. And as everyone knows that it is summer season so it is expected that the ice cream will melt fast and will spill but don’t expect the boy to clean it and if its too strict then better not to sell ice cream to the kids in the first place.

The lifts were slow… at times a wait of over 5 mins The room keycards kept failing which was a nuisance

Personell was very helpful. I received an upgrade to a suite as my room was not ready yet at my arrival. Tram stop right in front of the hotel

The hotel was perfect, but I received an email, looking as it was from the Tamani hotel through Booking, saying that there is a problem with my credit card information and I should fill in an online form with my payment information, otherwise my reservation would be cancelled - this after I had already checked in and payed. The front desk manager checked it and informed that the email is not from them and that it is very probably a scam to steal my credit card information. Be careful!
