Location, food and Staff

Restaurant is very cozy and breakfast menu is not enough

Staff were ok.

Room was not provided with basic amenities. Hair dryer broken, water heater broken. Sure not worth of money . oyo Has better facilities at 1/3 of price.

We had booked a double room at the property providing the guest name. On arrival, they insisted that thought it is a deluxe double room meant for 2 people, we need to pay extra for the 2nd person to stay. The staff was rude and unhelpful and because it was night and we were tired, we were forced to pay extra when we had booked a proper double room. The sheets and towels in the room very not clean.

i have stayed before twice. This room was bad . bathroom was bad

Location is fabulous. Staff is very polite.

The size of the room.

The location of the hotel was just right for the purpose I had visited the city, that's it.

The picture shown in the portal is too much hyped . There is no proper or adequate size lobby ( perhaps it is less than 50sq.ft.). The 1st impression was disappointing . The room (144sq.ft) is really too small besides there is a PILLAR in the center of the room . The walking path inside room between bed and TV is so narrow , if little bit casual , head will bang on the Set-Up-Box stand .

The ambience was great. Professionalism of the Reception people were above expectation. The rooms were very spacious and very well maintained. Location is perfect.
