Location

The staff were not helpful no available seats at beach or the pool because there no pool or beach private for hotel residents no luggage dropped at the hotel i had to park too far and carry my bags to the lobby they didn't allow me to put my bags first

Many restaurants and cafes as well as supermarket.

You park your car 500 meters away from the hotel and they offer you a golf cart to take you to the beach or supermarket or hotel. But it's only one golf cart and the other is usually charging. Moreover, golf cart working hours are 9 am till midnight else you need to manage your way 😔 walking. People don't follow any queue and jump to golf cart once available and you will be lucky if it's not wet because of someone coming from the pool. One more thing, it's a rocky beach as most of Red sea and you will need a sea shoes.

The hotel is very nice and very convenient for the family vacation I'd like to thank Mr.Emad & Ms. Mariem for their hospitality.
