Tout était parfait. Très bel établissement avec un personnel aux petits soins et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le responsable de l’accueil qui nous a donné de très bons conseils et idées de visites.

Staff were really helpful and gave us plenty of info and advice about where to explore in the North of the island.

Le calme. La piscine même si mériterait plus d’entretien. Bon petit déjeuner.

Pas de restaurant sur place mais possibilité de dîner « rapide ». Literie peu confortable. Il nous a fallu réclamer pour avoir une chambre avec balcon, tel que réservé sur booking, nous avons été logés dans une chambre avec balcon mais donnant sur l’arrière du bâtiment…

Pequeno almoço excelente e variado, com opções para vegans, quarto com otimas condições, ar condicionado, espaço de arrumação, minibar. Areas envolventes com atividades interessantes como mini golf, jogos, bar e piscina exterior. Amplos jardins, espaços de lazer no exterior.

Serviço no bar limitado, especialmente para snacks, piscina com poucas espreguiçadeiras e "reservadas" por turistas menos conscientes.

Apparently this has been a tourist destination for many years but the old building has been modernised inside. At least our room, the dining area and the reception area were modern. We didn't use the lift because stairs led directly to our room. The man in charge of the breakfast rates special mention. He was very helpful both at breakfast and helped find other staff when we were leaving. There was a gentle grey cat who supervised the car park. The accommodation was signposted from the town. You drive up into the hills then at the T-junction there was nothing so we asked at the cafe. You turn left at the junction and the right turn for the hotel is shown soon after.

The weather wasn't always kind and a large puddle formed in the car park although it soon disappeared. Parking space was a bit cramped. It didn't bother us but latecomers had to be creative. I guess parking wasn't a problem in historic times!

The location was quite nice The staff were friendly

There was this odor of the old building when we got to the room at the end of every day, but I was not that big of a deal, just something we noticed.

The location is amazing, the outdoors gardens are super pretty!

Not enough car parking Doors to rooms are really a pain – the door lock beeps and you have to hammer on the door to get it to stop! It was a pity that the hotel restaurant was closed due to staff shortage. I picked this hotel because it had its own restaurant.
