Breakfast and location were both amazing.
One server at the restaurant was rude.

The palace may be ancient but the rooms are very modern. Bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast was above average.

Quiet and good location
Very old. The handle to our room broke off in our hand. In the closet whole shelves were missing on the cheap Ikea shelving. There was no shower just a tub in a big room with a sprayer. We had 5 in the room so they brought three rickety bad beds in. The price was expensive and not worth the money. I forgot to add breakfast to our rate and they charge $20 per person for a continental breakfast. We ended up going to a cafe down the street. Dinner in the restaurant was okay except many options they didn’t have.

The building is beautiful indeed, the garden in court is excellent.
The renovation is without any style, and with no vintage understanding. The floor tiles are wood-like ceramic, like any cheep place in Israel.
There are a lot of noises at night from some motors in and flashing lights from the garden are annoying all night long.

My wife and I arrived at this hotel on June 9th around 12:45 AM, we were checked in and to our surprise, the hotel was rather uniquely nice and clean. The rooms were good size and very clean, the location was just about 1 mile from the old city and close to many restaurants and other attraction. The area was very safe to walk at night as well. The breakfast was great, and most of all the gentleman that ran the daily restaurant operation name Shadi Shkeir was extremely courteous, respectful and attentive to your needs. However, we experienced a very bad encounter with a gentleman name Andrey whom I was told that he was the Arrival manager. On June 11th our departure day around 8 AM, as we were walking to the restaurant for breakfast, Andrey the EVIL man approached us and told us in an angry tone of voice as if we were his employees that we need to get our car out of the parking spot now. I tried to explain to him our check out time is not until 10 AM, but his aggression escalated, and it became a shouting match. Then Shadi notice what happened, he immediately intervened and said something to him in Hebrew which got this EVIL man to walk away.
Incidentally, this same individual (Andrey the EVIL man) was involved in a very heated argument with 2 other gentlemen the day before in their main garden. Andrey is an angry disrespectful horrible and out of control man, that does not belong in any type of customer relation business, let alone a as a manager, he needs to be managed swiftly. On the other hand, Shadi's interference and taking charge of the situation as he witnessed what took place, demonstrated his com and collective personality, took charge of the matter, escorted us into the restaurant for our morning coffee. Then shortly thereafter, Shadi's manager Anton came to our table to extend his apology for what took place with that EVIL man and promised to report it to higher up management.
Not met this EVIL man Andrey which made our morning to turn from a good morning to a bad one. We travel to Israel annually and would love to stay at this location if this EVIL man in no longer there.

The building and it’s big inside garden are stunning and very beautiful. Ceilings are high and style is like being shot back to 1900. Our bathroom was very modern and state of the art. Here one still gets a real key. Breakfast was nice and to enjoy it in the garden was unique. The position of this hotel in the heart of the city is perfect for any activity in Jerusalem. Just around the corner there are many shops and restaurants. Carparking-spaces are very limited, but there are some.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my 40th birthday at the exquisite Sergii Palace, and I must say, it was an experience beyond my wildest expectations. From the luxurious rooms to the world-class Russian style chef restaurant and impeccable service, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional.
The moment I stepped into the palace, I was greeted by a warm and professional staff that made me feel like royalty. The luxury 3-room suite at Sergii Palace where I stayed was spacious, tastefully decorated, and atmosphere of Russian royal elegance and comfort is preserved. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the exquisite furnishings, creating an ambiance of opulence that instantly made me feel pampered.
The chef restaurant at Sergii Palace deserves a special mention. I had the pleasure of indulging in a culinary journey that surpassed my every expectation. The menu was a masterpiece, featuring a delightful fusion of flavors and textures of the Russian cuisine that pleased even the most discerning palate. The attentive and knowledgeable staff provided impeccable service, catering to my every need and ensuring a truly memorable evening.
Speaking of service, the staff at Sergii Palace went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration unforgettable. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, their commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. Special thanks to Anton, the restaurant manager, and Andrey, the establishment CEO & general manager. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made me feel like an honored guest throughout my stay.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sergii Palace to anyone seeking an indulgent and memorable experience, whether it's for a special celebration or simply to bask in the lap of Russian luxury and history. I eagerly look forward to my next visit and the opportunity to create more cherished memories at this remarkable establishment.

Superb in all respects. The garden, a hidden gem.
Very limited TV selections for English speaking guests. But we weren't there for TV!

interesting complex with beautiful garden and terrace restaurant in great location.
4.1
Location
The rooms are not fixed every day, the bed is left unmade and the shower is not cleaned well, the lower part full of mold, when you use the shampoo or soap the empty packages are left and not picked up. the breakfast is plentiful but not fresh they serve everything I don't know how many hours in advance and everything dries out so the quality drops a lot.

It’s a great location. Easy access to tour pick ups and good bars and restaurants. also a lovely old building.
We paid extra for a quiet room but were constantly bothered by the sound of a water tank being filled. We complained without any reaction from the hotel. The toilet was not cleaned the four nights we were there. The bed was not made up properly each day. Shampoo, coffee, etc were only replenished when we complained. Staff were not especially helpful. The literature in the room was in some other language other than English. These are all fairly basic things you would expect a hotel with this price to get right.

charming, historic, well kept, high standard, nice staff
Saturday nite opposite the street was a nite club - noisy

Reception staff were helpful. Bathroom was modern and clean. Bed very comfortable. The whole complex was historically interesting.
Wasn't really aware of a foyer and bar but maybe there was something in the dining room. Room only had hard backed chairs so no relaxing seating in the bedroom. TV was really hard to get going and we needed help from reception. One reason I booked this hotel was for parking but actually that wasn't a given. The guy in charge told me to read the small print on Booking so if the 5 available parking spaces were filled that was too bad. I personally think that for the same money there are better places to stay in Jeru.
4.1
The only aspect which I liked was the position.
- lots of dust on the beaside tables and on all the pieces of furniture;
- some of the lights do not work and have a terrible cold light;
- we had booked a double room but we had two single bed close with two separate blankets (very unconfortable)
4.1
Nice place, nice garden, good location.
No lobby.
We ask for big bed, we receive two single beds stand together.

Great location, walking distance to the Old City, Mahane Yehuda Market (the Shuk) and shopping districts, with many cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Was able to park in the courtyard for our entire stay.

The location was great. The grounds were beautiful and lovely to look at. Bed was comfortable. Great windows. Parking available.
The lightening in the rooms were dim. The bathroom lights were not installed properly and made it difficult to shave. The hand shower was working but not fully operational. No elevator.
