Met by owner Louise with a welcome pack of groceries including beer and wine. The place was immaculate, the facilities were everything we needed and more. Could not fault anything, will definitely be re booking.

Having stayed in this lovely complex previously, we thought we knew what to expect. Wrong this was not a great holiday for our family of 4 . Within the first 24 hours we realised the apartment gets no sun or light for that matter anywhere, especially on the balcony we had been looking forward to sitting outside in the sun during the day and evening this couldn't happen as it gets no sun it was quite chilly. If we wanted sun we had to leave the apartment. Pool meant to be heated alot of the time it clearly wasn't others guests complained also. Our son walked into a screw that was protruding from the kitchen floor Infront of the fridge slicing his foot blood everywhere not happy. Looked at other floors this is meant to be a door stop with a wine cork pushed ontop of the screw! Lamp in lounge not working Patio door in longe won't lock properly, Tiles in en suite loose about to fall of wall. Beds way too hard young kids even complained how bad they were. Ring on induction hob not working.furnishings very worn. Sat on couch night before leaving it collapsed. The property looks over the back of a large hotel where the kitchen and bin store is very noisy throughout the day and into the night. We were expecting host to arrive before we checked out the following morning to walk through the apartment and collect keys never arrived,we had a taxi booked so had to leave for airport. My husband was ready to check out and go home after the 2nd week. We have used VRBO since 2008 without any problems always been great just not on this occasion.

Property was a superb base for our family of 5 adults and one toddler, beds spacious and comfy, pool area on the smaller side but appropriate for the size of the complex and very clean/good fun. Availability to do laundry an unexpected plus! Louise was a fantastic host and we will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return :)

Great apartment with spacious living area, balcony, bedrooms and storage. Well equipped kitchen lots of dinnerware and glasses for our family and a large fridge freezer. Everything was spotlessly clean. The lovely Pool Area was quiet the week we stayed (Oct) so lots of sunbeds to choose from and plenty of towels provided by Louise. We loved the location, with a strip (Duke Shops) of great restaurants, shops, supermarket and a couple of bars 7 min walk away. Promenade along the coast is only another 7 mins further downhill with the tourist bars and restaurants of Costa Adeje to left and fine dining restaurants and designer shopping of Del Duque to right. Louise met us at the apartment even though our flight was delayed almost two hours, we were shown to the underground parking space and supplied with a welcome pack so we didn't need a late night supermarket trip. Lots to do in Tenerife, car hire was reasonable but bus stop is only a few minutes away (incl bus to Siam Park), and local Taxi's are plentiful (Taxi from Las America cost us £7). Overall highly recommended. Tip - We did use the complex's main entrance and lift sometimes when walking back to avoid steepest part of hill to apartment entrance.

Great apartment - the photos don’t do it justice. Louise met us in arrival and explained everything to us and it was great to get a very generous welcome pack - great start to the holiday. No issues at all and wouldn’t hesitate recommending the apartment to anyone. Louise was a great host.

Great apartment, great pool, (heated) our host was fabulous. We like to walk so the little hill was not a problem for us.

This is a perfect apartement, spacious and comfy. Poolarea really nice and beach a 10 min walk away passing nice shops along the way. Louise was a superhost, everything was smooth as silk:-)

Excellent apartment with everything you need in a secure complex with large swimming pool area. Walkable to beaches,restaurants and bars of cost adeje and an easy bus or taxi hop to pdla/los cris. good communication, easy check in and welcome pack really appreciated..100% would stay again and recommend

Huge apartment very secure location underground parking a bit tight if you are not a confident driver (we did have a 7 seater) but you can park on the road outside for free.Very nice area great views from the balcony, everything is bigger than it looks in the pics .(3 very good size double bedrooms) wifi good, good kitchen facilities with huge fridge freezer.Comfy new sofas and a big tv. Everything is within walking distance as long as you are reasonably fit but a car does help. Local restaurants are all very good value, we had a 3 course meal down in the main strip for 8.95 a head. Only a 20 min drive from Tenerife South Airport,5 mins from Siam water park (fantastic place),We used the local Adege hospital for our pre flight antigen tests ,great service and 30 euros each results in 90 mins by text. Beautiful apartment and excellent communication from Louise and Ben. We would recommend booking with these guys and we will certainly be back. We were so grateful for the welcome pack, we were able to enjoy our first day without worrying about shopping.

The apartment is lovely and very well equipped. Rooms are spacious and the terrace is pretty. Could not have asked for more really.

From booking to checking in to our 7 nights stay the property and manager was perfect.

Excellent service from Louise who quickly solved some minor issues. Nice food & drink welcome pack already in apartment. Great location in a secure complex. easy to walk 10 minutes to seafront as well as shops and restaurants close by in Duke Shopping Center. Underground parking space useful but very tight so glad we had a small car!! Lift useful to go from street level to 6th floor (apartment in on top level of complex) as Terazas del Duque II is on a steep slope.

Brilliant, spacious apartment, clean and tidy with every thing you need. The wi-fi was excellent no complaints from our 3 teenage children. Louise provided a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. Louise and her husband were very helpful and accommodating thankyou, would stay again.

I rarely write a review though we use privates lets all the time for our Hols.. so this one is an exception. Quite simply do not hesitate in contacting Anne to book this apartment, we loved everything about it and so will you. It was exceptionally clean, large with a real homely feel ( which is not always found when renting someone elses property, sometimes they feel rather clinical, this is far from it ) An ideal location for Costa Adeje and surrounding areas, for new travellers to the area the apartment is a short walk from bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the gorgeous beach of Del duque. The pool is also fantastic. You cannot find a better located large apartment in a secure well kept complex than this. On arrival we were met by the daughter of the owner who was extremely helpful. The apartment was very luxurious and just as described and was spotless. We were a party of 3 single ladies and to have a bedroom each with a double bed was fantastic. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with a dishwasher which was most useful. The flat screen TV received every channel that we could ever want. The pool and communal areas were very well maintained and sun loungers were plentiful. It was very close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. This has got to be the best apartment I have ever stayed in.

I contacted the owner at very short notice and was met with wonderfully prompt, meticulous, helpful and accommodating correspondence and a phone call. I wasn't able to follow through with my plans after all, but I am looking forward to the next opportunity to get away to Tenerife when contacting the owners of this property again will be top of my list; if the apartment is as lovely as the experience of dealing with the owner, I'll have a fantastic time.

Our stay in this apartment was very enjoyable. The apartment was very well equiped and in excellent condition, spacious and very clean. The welcome pack was exceptional and much appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. Louise was excellent and allowed us to store our packed luggage until 5:00pm on our departure day - this was very welcome since our flight was at 19:45. We would definitely stay in your apartment when we visit Tenerife again and would recommend it to our friends and family. Once again many thanks for a very enjoyable holiday. Just spent a super 2 weeks in this apartment, clean and well laid out with all facilities you could need. Parking space was a great help when bringing your luggage to apartment or when bringing the shopping back Lovely pool area where we spent many hours where people are friendly. A great location so you can either spend a night in or easliy go out to local hotels, bars and restaurants. Definitely recommended..

We have just returned from a two week holiday in this fabulous apartment. Louise met us when we arrived and showed us around, it was like visiting a show house everything was immaculate, my daughter aged 16, and son aged 13 loved having their own bedrooms. The apartments are in an excellent location minutes from the lovely Del Duque beach, great restaurants and supermarkets, everything within walking distance.We certainly hope to return to this apartment soon. Our family has spent 10 nights in this wonderful 5* apartment. For visitors ALL is provided. From the welcome-pack (rather generous) and, finishing perfectly equipped kitchen. Separate thanks for the dishwasher - it was very useful to us! Quality of bedrooms and bed-clothes also above all praises - so was difficult to wake up :) Breakfast on own terrasse with a view of the sea and on mountains it is unforgettable. Walk to a beach - about 10 minutes and was not so difficult. Pool is warm. My children (6 and 3) spent many pleasant minutes. For those who travels by the car - garage. The way from the car to an apartment door occupied about 2 minutes. The lift nearby. Would like to thank Luise for warm greeting and readiness to help in all. You - well done!

We stayed in this apartment in Oct 09 and found the accomodation excellent. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable as are all the beds. The kitchen was well equipt, with all cleaning products available. The water cooler in the kitchen was fantastic and helped to cool us down. After a long early morning flight we were most pleased with the welome pack - water, milk, bread, tomatoes, cheese, ham, beer and wine. We had a fantastic family holiday here and our 2 year old felt comfortable in his surroundings straight away. We would highly recommend this apartment.

I spent 2 weeks at this apartment with my family and it was a wonderful experience from the outset. Anne and her daughter who manage the apartment were excellent in providing detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment. The customer service was outstanding and in fact better than most hotels. They really treated us well, responding to any query we had almost immediately. The property was clean and well-maintained and I would definitely recommend it for families or couples. Everything was near, beautiful beach, bars, shops, restaurants...I can't wait to go back.
