Wonderful accommodation located in an easily accessible part of Tokyo! Our host, Daichi, was extremely informative and swift to reply any queries we had. However, he has taken care of most of the basic questions with excellent pre-travel information about reaching the property and also check-in steps with both written instructions and visual PDF docs. It has a self check-in system which was very easy to follow and worked well for us as we arrived pretty late in the night. Room was very comfortable and incredibly clean. As it was pretty cold when we stayed, the heating and duvet were perfect. Toiletries, hair dryer and towels were provided. There is a lift in the accommodation too to help you get to your room if you’re lugging a lot of bags. Our room was located on the same floor as the shared living room, where you can store your items in the fridge and also use the communal kitchen if needed. The host has also prepared a water dispenser, tea and coffee for guests. We would definitely stay again in Port House Shibuya ! Thank you so much Daichi!!

Top location in an exciting area of Tokyo, right next to many excellent bars and restaurants yet a bit away from the tourist crowds. Large shared lounge (which was always empty) with a kitchen, sofas, tv and outdoor terrace seating. Even though quite a few other guests were there, it was very quiet in the hotel. Questions we had were super quickly answered by the staff. The whole hotel was very clean, modern and cosy. The beds are very comfortable. Amazing value for money, we will definitely book it again!

The twin room is a bit on the small side, but really can‘t complain for the price and will definitely come again!

Fantastic location, great clean and modern facilities, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable lounge area with outdoor balcony which is perfect for morning coffee or getting a little work done. Very comfortable mattress. Located a perfect 20 metres off the main street and lots of restaurant action which makes it super convenient along with being quiet and peaceful.

Amazing place overall. The quality is much higher than the majority of Airbnbs in Tokyo. Especially the bed is a high quality mattress and one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Lounge area and balcony is also great and very spacious. No keys and keypad system for entering building and room is very convenient. Hide, the manager is a cool guy and very friendly and easy to talk to. I can't imagine any way this place could be better.
