Very nice location and the place was tidy and they provided towels and there was AC
The door was a little difficult to open and we had many issues with this (may be our own fault). There were a lot of stairs to the apartment.

Location was great! And our host Noemi was wonderful. She always answered our texts and helped us if we had any questions.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, comfortable, and most importantly - very clean. We liked everything, bedrooms, bathroom and the kitchen, they were all in good state, with enough daylight and everything worked well. Beds were comfortable, with nice clean sheets. There are 3 Tv-s in the apartment, kitchen has a fridge and an oven, as well as all the dishes one may need to prepare food. Towels are also provided, as well as hairdryer, iron and other tools an average household has. The location is very nice, away from the crowds, but still only 15 min on foot away from St Marco’s square. There is even one really beautiful street near the apartment (Via Garibaldi) where you have a large and well equipped supermarket (Coop), pharmacy, post office, street market, book shops and beautiful little restaurants and coffee shops that are not as expensive as the ones in the city center, and the food can be amazing. The staff is also more than kind and helpful, they gladly answer your questions via Booking messages before and during the stay and were so kind to help us with the parking advice, watering buss information and else. We will be happy to stay here again, when we visit Venice again. :)

A personal preference here - I need yellow bulbs instead of white in the rooms (migraine sufferer), but overall a lovely place to stay in Venice!

Great location in a less touristy neighborhood, close to park and waterfront, lots of charming pubs on the street. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great contact with the rental office.
It was very hot in the apartment. The air conditioning was only available in the corridor, so after closing the door in the bedrooms it became very stuffy. We had to sleep with the door open.
Unfortunately, the apartment was not very thoroughly cleaned - there was some old plastic bottle under the bed and an old patch in the bathroom.

We stayed for three nights at a two bedroom apartment in Venice. The apartment was very well situated and spacious.
Nevertheless we ancounterd some serious problems:
All of the towels had an awful smell of dampness , the pillow cases as well.
There was only one feather duvet in one of the bed, as a result the one couple was cold as there was no extra warm blanket in the wardrobe of the flat.
(Towels and bed sheets were all colourful...when you rent a flat they all have to be white!!!)
When we called the other morning the lady in charge on her mobile she never called back nor did she reply to our text message....it was Saturday...totally unacceptable!!!
I also need to mention that we had to pay for the flat in advance.

Great location! The apartment is close to the main attractions but also in a quieter less expensive and less touristy street. It was huge inside, fully equipped with everything you would need and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
