Great location for a base to visit all of West Cornwalls attractions.
We were in an area where workmen had dug trenches for new cables so a little noisy during the day. Having said that, we were out most of the time, but it did cause dogs on that area of the site to bark a lot. No prior warning of the work was given to us, which would have been nice.
2 of the blinds were broken and listed on the cleaning checklist as noted and reported to the mainternance team but no one attended during our stay.
Not major problems in them selves and blinds were easy fixes which I did myself but I am the paying customer not the salaried maintenance man so I can understand other reviews which detail problems.
Although the majority of units are privately owned I was surprised to see so many people walking dogs which were not on leads and noted dog mess in some areas despite signs saying clean up and keep dogs on leads.
Having said the above don't be put off from staying it's a nice site just that the staff could make if even better if the above feedback was addressed.

Everything about the site

Fantastic accommodation. Superbly clean and tidy, very modern. There is plenty of room for a family of 4, and decent size beds.
Site facilities were exactly what we needed as we were out most days. But the pool was fab for a rainy morning. Followed by some yummy food in the restaurant on site.
Overall a very good experience. Only one little niggle is there no WiFi in the accommodation.
The only downside was no WiFi in accommodation.

Very Quite located, all kitchen stuff was wonderful,
Should be take advice to clean, usually after previously customer with pets, living room cushions on sofa was with hair pets, like this disturbing me in case I have small kids. Fridge should be more cleaner for new customer, but overall I was satisfied with accommodation .

Before we arrived I messaged on the booking.com app and said it was our anniversary, with that when we arrived we had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in our caravan also even though you have to pay for your dog you get a little goody bag for them which had a blanket toys and treat also a collapsible bowl, so you don't really have to pay much at all. Would happily stay here again and made me and the other half think about buying a caravan down Newquay way as we had such a good time.
There was road works so we had to go the long way round through a Country lane, this wasn't however the parks fault this was there local council.

nice site, quiet & good location
it wasn’t a not like, it’s more of a feedback. Property needed to be cleaner outside really, inside was ok, outside was a little neglected with lots of cobwebs & property had suffered on the deck with the weather where as a good wash would clear it, windows had bird muck on them which looked to of been there a while

We were upgraded to a luxury lodge which was stunning. Also Jade on reception was the most kindest helpful receptionist I have had the privilege to meet.
Nothing

The facilities and cleanness of the property
There was road closures at the property and had to drive around another way for 9 mins to get to the property, was not informed about the road works prior to arrival so was clueless of the alternative route.

The location was lovely.
The caravan was far too small for a party of 6 including 3 children. Having previously stayed under the old management (Aria Resorts) at Isle of Wight were the number of your party determined size of caravan I was unhappy about the cramped sleeping quarters and this made my stay uncomfortable. I had to find an alternative accommodation and cut short our stay so that my family could have the holiday we planned.

Great location for the local beaches.
Accommodation clean and tidy
Mattress in main bedroom very thin so you could feel the springs. Pillows very thin too so if you need something more substantial then take your own

Park quiet, caravan very clean & modern, lovely swimming pool,
Staff really friendly.
Didn't use restaurant, but looked nice, although not suitable for coeliacs.
Would have liked longer opening hours for the pool, so could've swum either early morning/ early evening.
There was no frying pan & limited saucepans.

So relaxing...staff friendly & helpful especially in the bar restaurant where they were understaffed but nothing was too much trouble for them....food was excellent also...
No seaview....🤣😂🤣
7.0
Modern, fresh decor, nice size beds, van sat in smaller tidy grounds and direct parking space beside.
little kitchen pot with towel and kitchen sponge.
really liked the van.
clonking & squeaking guttering (in winds) that sadly kept me awake most of the night.
both toilet seats didn’t fit toilets and kept moving would pinch your thighs or buttocks (kids really didn’t like this and were scared to use them in the end). shower in main en-suite kept leaking, no hairdryers in luxury rental had to hire separately,
sofas were heavily marked/ grubby looking. the old style plastic mattress protectors on the twin single beds make you sweat awfully all night which wasn’t enjoyable at all, I understand their use/ purpose but this needs another solution.
arcades change machine was out of order bar and didn’t open until 12pm.
Would of liked a park that catered for breakfast / morning food for the children at least.
5.0
The front porch of the caravan. Kids can run around.
No arcade or entertainment for children. No swings.

The Lodge/van was very nice and modern
Breakfast wasn't served in bed ( joke )
