Awesome location, great service and hospitality from the reception lady - especially as we arrived late at night due to flight delays. Rooms are divine with so much history. Great location for sight seeing Catania. No parking on site but paid private car park close by worked well. Would 100% recommend and book again.

The hotel is a boutique hotel located right in the center of things - the staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and were flexible with our every request! The room is comfortable and very well equipped - the hotel is highly recommended!

Beautiful historic building, beautifully and sympathetically restored, but with stylish modern bathrooms. Exceedingly helpful and friendly staff.
Nothing.

Location was close to the main square, within walking distance to most sites.
Breakfast area was cramped.

Great location right at the main square, very nice rooms and Renato was extremely helpful.
You have to use valet parking (at additional cost) as there is no parking available outside of the hotel, but service was excellent.

This is a beautiful property, tastefully decorated in historic style, very well located just off the Piazza Duomo. The room was large and very comfortable and the staff were helpful. We splurged a little on this property for the last two days of our trip and we are happy we did!

A little expensive but I knew the price when I booked.

We have stayed there three years ago, so we came back because of the place and the staff. The hotel is beautiful and the staff carrying and engaging: what you expect from Sicily.
Everything is sublime, so how could anyone complain.

The location was perfect - right off the main square in the heart of Catania. We ordered breakfast on a number of days which was served in the room and offered a good selection of Sicilian and regular international options. The staff were great - very helpful and very friendly. The room itself was stunning - silk wall hangings with ornate furniture and cornicing. There were complimentary snacks, coffee and aperitivi available in the social area beside reception. Our plane was delayed and the staff waited to meet us late in the evening.
It feels like nit picking to point out that the building is a historic palazzo, so the corridors are a bit narrow and the great location means there is some noise outside the window, but the windows are modern so most of it is shut out anyway.

This hotel is 10/10. If only I could give it a higher score! It’s a very small intimate hotel in a renovated 400 year old Palazzo in a fabulous central location just off the central Piazza Duomo. What makes this hotel truly memorable and special is the totally professional, dedicated and helpful staff. Renato and his team, Alessandra and Serena, cannot do enough to help their guests and make them feel comfortable. No request was too small. They helped us with selecting the best places to eat and visit, the best tours, booked taxi’s etc and answered any queries we had. Other guests told us they had exactly the same experience with the staff.
Nothing. Being a historic old building there are stairs to climb but staff insist on carrying your cases to & from your room.

It’s a unique, boutique, small property in a
small renovated palace. Very charming!
Great staff!
Nothing really but as older travellers the
double flights of stairs is a consideration

The location was perfect for us to spend a few nights in Catania Central and easy access to everywhere. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful to arrange our tour and drivers. We also liked the idea of renting the beach chair and umbrella at any beach clubs which made us easy access to any beach. Thank you so much. We will definitely go back to your hotel with family next time.
