This condo is ready to go for any family
A washer & dryer are inside the condo so no need to use a community unit. We are also perfect for toddlers and babies. we supply a pak & play , step stool for reaching the sink and changing pad. The glass coffee table is enhanced with child protection on all points. The twin bed with trundle is the perfect height for any toddler.

This place was clean, comfortable, and very close to the water. There are only two beach chairs. I feel like the amount of chairs should match the heads to beds. Other than that you have everything you need.

This condo is well equipped, cozy and very clean. My daughter and I didn't have any complaints at all. We failed to look at the entrance instructions and the owner immediately responded and was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again. Location is excellent!! We got a bottle of champagne one night and sat on the grass watching the sun set. View is stunning.

The condo is very close to ocean in La Jolla, and the main shopping and restaurant areas. Two nice bedrooms. Fans and the ocean breeze kept us cool on hot days.

Cathie was very responsive and helpful on the phone, but she told me to text her, and after waiting for a response, she told me that she doesn't monitor her texts. The kitchen is well appointed, and the beds are comfortable. I was surprised that no shampoo or coffee is provided. This is pretty standard stuff Overall, we had a good experience.

Great location just steps away from the coast. The unit was immaculate and well stocked with everything you needed for a vacation stay. Good set up for a family. Off street parking is a plus. We found we could easily walk everywhere in the village and enjoyed being so close to the water. Check-in instructions looked daunting but were easy to follow once you were there. I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay across from Cove Beach La Jolla. The accommodation was clean and as listed. The location is great for walking along the beach or walking into the shop areas of La Jolla. Check-In was easy, as was communication with the landlord. Would definitively stay again!

Communication was great. Cleanliness and location great. 2nd bedroom beds were really hard but other than that it was fine. I travel to San Diago frequently. I love the La Jolla area.

The location of this condo is extremely convenient and just steps away from the beach. We were able to walk to some amazing restaurants from the condo. The host was highly responsive and gave us great recommendations on where to eat, etc. Thank you for letting us stay here! Highly recommend this place.

This place is amazingly modernized and adorable! The space was perfect for our family of four, and has everything you need for a week long stay! The location is perfect! Just steps from the ocean! We bought a little charcoal grill and had a bbq out by the water on the 4th and it was super easy and convenient with the house being so close! The only bummer was the construction that we didn’t know about before arriving. The patio was unusable and taped off when we arrived. The owner explained that she expected the construction to be done before we arrived and apologized. She also provided us a discounted rate and provided a refund for the difference. We very much appreciated that! I would highly recommend this place and would for sure stay again.

Great location. Beach is across the street. Shopping and restaurants a few blocks away, though up a hill. No view, but that is clear in the description. We appreciated the sand toys, chairs, and beach towels.

Great location on Coast Blvd. just down from the Cove. Could walk all around central LaJolla. Initial check-in with various codes/keys was a bit much but was fine after we got used to it. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was responsive to issues with TV and treated us to dinner.

This property is in a great location walking distance to many restaurants, the Contemporary Art Museum and across the street from the beach. We loved walking along the beach and enjoyed Artists set up along the way. It was the weekend of the Art and Wine festival, so more people in town but was still not overly crowded. Parking is easy. At night you can hear the ocean with the windows open. Would stay here again!

Very nice updated property with all the amenities. The beach is just across the street and a short walk to the cove. Enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella too! Perfect location and it was great having dedicated off street parking. Hope to be back!!

For those who never came to San Diego. Here’s the basics. 1) there is a portable air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom. It’s cool enough to sleep without it if you open the windows. I did not see any central air, and for this place, it is not needed. 2) 70 degrees is shorts and tee shirt. 3) you get a parking spot. 4) the walk to the beach is 10 minutes. Children's pool. Yes you can swim and play with the sand there. 5) there is a washer and dryer on premises. 6) it is on a quiet street. 7). A 20 minute walk will get you everywhere. 8) everybody goes outside to sit and watch the sunset. 9) this unit faces East. Which is beneficial for waking up. 10) 2 showers, no bathtub. 11) the owner is wonderful. Even gave my kids a Lego set to play with. It is a great location. Secure and clean building. Apartment met our needs. There is a VON’s about a 5 minute drive away to buy food to cook.

Condo sits right across the grassy bluff and is perfectly located for beach access and easy walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. Owner is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Comfortably slept 3 single adults. The living room is a little tight for more than 2 or 3 for hanging out in the living room in the evenings with just 1 couch. Beautiful views just right outside the condo front lobby door. The Tide pool area is just a few steps down the walkway where the surfers hang out in the mornings to catch the waves. Other direction a short walk is the sea lions. Location cant be beat!
