Estadia Ok em Bacalar

A localização do hotel era bastante boa, tanto perto da lagoa quanto do centro. A estrutura do hotel era bem simples, o suficiente para descansar a noite após os passeios durante o dia. Tinha frigobar e microondas, o que foi bastante útil já que não tinha café da manhã.

A éviter !!! Ne vous fiez pas au photos, la réalité est différente !!

Emplacement pas si mauvais, a proximité du centre

A éviter !! L'accueil est particulièrement froid, pas de sourire, on vous fais attendre sans raison apparente.... vous avez plus l'air de gêner qu'autre chose. Pour un paiement par carte, il faut s'armer de patience, les gérants ne maitrisant pas la technologie vous répètent que votre carte ne fonctionne pas.... Enfin les chambres.... bruyantes (TV des gérants a fond le soir), sales et mal entretenues.... Literie très bruyante, très inconfortable et douteuse quand a l'hygiène ! pour parfaire le tout, seule et unique fois ou nous avons été piqué par des insectes sur l'ensemble de notre séjour au Mexique. Bref, fuyez, il y a de biens meilleurs options a Bacalar !

A very nice place to stay. The host was very helpful (& an expert with Google translate), the accommodation was clea

It is very conveniently located, just a 5 or 10 walk from public access to the lake and 15 minutes from the centre of town.

It would of been nice to have access to a kitchen, but this was never offered with the accommodation and so we had no expectations.

Exceptional

This is a great choice in a budget price range. It is quiet & peaceful, has a great location and it is very clean. It is a no-frills place but its value is unbeatable for the price. The staff are honest and kind. They contributed to a very relaxing stay. Conveniently, bikes are available for rent onsite for extreme explorations; otherwise you won't need them as many restaurants, the town center, and waterfront are just a few minute's walk from the hotel. The wifi isn't super reliable, but there several restaurants and cafés nearby for that. The overall feeling of this hotel is very peaceful and clean. For a visit to Bacalar, Casa Ariana was all I needed.

very nice owners, provided us with everything we needed. great, quite family hotel. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Bacalar, and all the great restaurants and night life. The shop with basic staff just round the corner. great place!

Great place to stay just off main street

Rooms were clean and spacious. Wifi worked great! Hotel staff might not have spoken English but it was easy to communicate with google translate. Beautiful team! We extended our stay here for another night as it was quiet and safe. Beds were comfy and hotel was amazing value.

Exceptional

Really nice and clean place in a quiet location but still very close to the center. The people who run it are nice too. They don't speak english, but they use google translator to communicate, so no problem at all.

The wifi isn't very good in the room, it's slow and not stable. The water in the shower is quite too hot and the cold water stream is not very strong to regulate the temperature, but not a big problem though.

The lady who runs the hotel was so helpful, helped us print tickets for the boarder and any other help we needed. The shower was great and the room was very nice and comfortable. This hotel was very cheap for what you get and perfect for us as a couple. Nice having a TV for some Netflix

The area is 10 minutes from town but mostly lit up roads for night

Nice deal for the paid price.

Nice bargain for the money. The couple is very friendly and helpful. Everything is a bit just more than basic, but rooms are clean and hygiene is okay. Rooms are spacious. A bit outside of the action, but that's okay as well as it is a fine walk to the centre.

We asked to do our laundry and our laundry wasn't really properly done. Like it was done by hand, didn't smell really fresh. Ask if your laundry is done in a machine.

The staff were super friendly and helped us with so much. We arrived at 4am and we were welcomed by the lovely owner. Room was clean and a nice size

Lovely place, we enjoyed Bacalar at its best

The place is 150m from the lagoon, rooms are great, with AC, fridge, nice beds and the yard has very cool tables to enjoy the staying. Oh and the staff is amazing, always helpful and kind!

Perfect location

Very cute hotel owned by locals. it’s under construction so a few things need attention but other than that the rooms are big and comfortable, the staff is lovely and the location is perfect.

there is literally no pressure in the shower and it goes from burning hot to icy cold.

Exceptional

The owner accommodated us, upon our early arrival,which was at 7 in the morning. Very attentive, kind , professional, and great hospitality. Grounds where exceptionally clean.No problem with insects in the room Rooms and bathrooms are spacious,and having a personal fridge is a bonus on these hot days Towels and soap are provided.I would definitely recommend Casa Ariana.

No one was around to check us in, we had to wait, had trouble with the payment and extra credit card charges that weren’t mentioned before. They made us call the booking hotline and weren’t very helpful overall.
