This was the 3rd Ibis hotel we have stayed in we come down for the Craft Fair at the nec every year
Your staff was very helpful as I am disabled and my friend is registered blind and they made sure we were ok
They were also always so friendly and always acknowledged when coming in and out the hotel
We had no dislikes at all everything was perfect
3.4
Friendly and helpful customer service. Budget friendly too
Electricity was tripped when using the steamer and phone charger. As it couldn’t take the load. Shower should have curtains for more privacy.
3.4
Friendly helpful staff
Room very small, tired and very basic
3.4
room was small but it worked well, overall very clean too. the location was good since we were attending a gig at the O2 academy in Birmingham, which was just a 5 min walk. plenty of places to grab food nearby too
the bathroom situation wasn't ideal since the shower was a frosted glass door which opened directly into the bedroom so it was a bit awkward staying with friends!
3.4
Da localização e da cordialidade dos funcionários.
O banheiro estava cheirando a enxofre.
3.4
Gerne wieder.
3.4
Affordable hotel with added continental breakfast.
No tea and coffee stations in the room.
Weird set up for shower, it’s in the room!
Tv was rubbish.
Staff didn’t know what they were doing!
3.4
Good location, 10 min walk from train station. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
It was so basic. No kettle or tea making facilities, I guess I should have realised this would not be available but I was disappointed. A very tiny toilet cubical, a shower like a cupboard with a misted glass screen was in the room so not much privacy. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Only 2 plug sockets for a room that would take up to 3 guests.
I had a terrible night sleep as you could hear noise, wooshing and banging through I what I think were the drainage pipes. This continued through the early hours of the morning.
The hall stuck of cigarette smoke and then of really strong air freshener which I assume was being used to counteract the cigarettes.
2 nights was enough and I certainly would not go back.

Nothing.
Everything
When we arrived, we had our key to our room. had to keep going back to reception 3 times as the key didn’t work as soon as we got into the room it was DISGUSTING! Yes I know it was £40 a night but basic cleaning duties were not up to standards. Pubes on the floor and in the CHILDRENS bed. Both beds had marks and stains. In the lift it had a sign saying the workers are trained so that they can deal with the illegal immigrants if they were to do anything to our children don’t need to explain anymore. Literal crackheads in the hotel.
3.4
Nothing was so basic
We booked 2 beds.. and got 1 double so my staff had to share as non others where available
3.4
absolutely disgusting and dirty blood stains all over the walls, hair all over the room the shower and toilet, marks all over the bedding. Hotel filled with dirty disgusting men thinkin its acceptable to show sexual hand signals to people with children around.
the rooms

Convenience to centre
Too basic. Bunk bed over double bed
No tea facilities in room.
Grim reception area and reception.
Shower room very small.
More like a hostel than hotel
3.4
Staff frendliness perfect
Breakfast very poor

Did not have breakfast. Location very good
Having charging point for electric toothbrush. Also my key-card needed re-activting every day

The social area was nice , drinks are like £1.60 and the staff was very friendly
The card key dindt work sometimes.

It was very close to the city centre and the 02 academy. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had everything we needed 😀
3.4
I asked for twin bed room, but given me with three bed room which may be good for the bachelors visiting for office requirements only, but for the tourists they require a little more space.
The room space is very very less and need to provide with the washroom slippers as well which was absent.
3.4
Everything went well and it is a convenient place to stay.
it would be nice if the car park price could be a little bit cheaaper for someone who is staying longer.
3.4
I had a very relaxing sleep as the room and bed were very cosy
We could not access the rooms as the fobs did not work. My partner had to go back to reception and a staff member came to our floor to let us into our room. The issue was then fixed.
3.4
Cheap for a 1 night stay
Toilet flush rubbish
No bars nearby

Nice, hard mattress - great for my back. Parking facility good price.
Not near any restaurants - cumbersome walk to the city centre. TV a bit small. No kettle.
3.4
Very comfortable bed. Free wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent coffee from the machine downstairs, especially the mocha; I didn't try the tea. The breakfast looked very good value too, at £8.50, although I didn't try it. Fresh fruit juices, cereals including muesli, as much toast as you liked with a selection of jams (there was a gluten-free loaf there too), and croissants.
I hadn't noticed there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. My own fault for not reading properly. However there was tea, coffee and hot chocolate available from the machine downstairs at just £1.50 per cup.
3.4
It’s an ok location, everything you’ll expect from a budget hotel.
Only one plug socket to use in the room.
3.4
Small and just right for a little family of 3
Had problems swiping my card to enter my room
3.4
The location was excellent as I was going to the symphony hall which was a ten minutes walk from the hotel. Also it was only a five minutes walk to the train station and the city centre.
3.4
Offrono pizza h24. Ottima soluzione in generale.
3.4
Buena ubicación. Personal amable y check in rápido.
3.4
It’s very basic but has two things going for it; excellent location, and parking. But the room reeked of cannabis.
The smell
3.4

The staff made our trip. They were so friendly and helpful!
The beds were a little flat but that is just my personal preference.

Good location and you get what you pay for, no thrills and basic
In the room we were in I discovered a smell of faeces when I went to bed in the evening. At the time it was too late to leave the room and having looked at the sheets I couldn’t see any stains but wasn’t happy with this.
3.4
Wasn’t too far from the train station and the night life. Beds were fairly comfortable
The room wasn’t 100% clean but wasn’t too bad. Don’t like the fact the bathroom isn’t separate from the bedroom
3.4
Cheap and cheerful.
Road noise.
3.4
Clean , simple, and basic
Noise at 5.45 am of linen delivery
Also no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room
3.4
Place cost £40 place was disgusting, smelled and looked like a hostel, got a premier inn room for £49 which was brilliant compared to this dump
3.4
Location is the winner
Property is very dirty, room is clean but last resort of accommodation
