Consistently great accommodation

Great size room, very comfortable bed, great size desk and quality of furniture, no road noise from Broad Street Really like the onsite spa facilities

the overpowering, artificial room fragrance used throughout the main reception areas & restaurants I skipped breakfast on this stay as I don't like the hotel's quality of the coffee and buffet assortment is limited / not enough fresh, healthy, high quality options for me

An excellent2 night stay at Park Regis.

Entire building was spotless, with climate conditions inside ideal. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Car park adjacent was welcome bonus.

Cost of cost of car park, considering that I was staying at hotel would have expected lower price. Bedding duvet far too heavy, would have liked a lighter one as I had trouble sleeping. (this seems to be a common occurrence with many hotels)

I booked two nights with my child, at the beginning of first night it's ok but until 2am someone keep knocking the door very strongly. We couldn't sleep for the whole night and keep worried about it, so we decided to checkout in the morning and booked another hotel for second night. I told the reception in the morning about it and the lady said she will report to the manager and will let me know. but until now still have no one ring or text me, so I will only give 2 stars.

Good room , cheap prices ,location

Front staff was rude and seemed fed up. Not an ideal greeting after driving 4 hours. Rude neighbours shouting and slamming doors throughout the whole stay

Disappointing for the price

Breakfast was the best thing. The ideal location made it easier to travel from place to place

The room was definitely not worth the price. The tv was outdated and the WiFi was outdated. Didn’t work with half my appliances and turned off randomly throughout the stay. My room had a big red leak of substance nexto the bed. The heating didn’t work and was only blowing cold air. I literally could of took a holiday with the money I spent on this trip

كانت إقامتنا ممتعة ومريحة جداًَ ، ولذلك تم تمديد الحجز ليوم إضافي لما رأينا فيه من النظافة والراحة .

كان حجز الغرفة بدون افطار ، ولذلك لا استطيع تقييمه ، أما بالنسبة لموقع الفندق فهو قريب من شارع برود واي ، وقريب من جميع الخدمات، مثل السوبرماركت(سينزبري) وتكثر المطاعم في هذا الشارع ، شكرا لموظفي الاستقبال فهم يتمتعون بالمهنية والحرفية ، الدخول كان سريع ، وتم تمديد فترة الخروج ، الغرفة وسيعة جدا ، ونظيفة ، سأكرر الحجز في هذا الفندق بكل تأكيد .

كل شيء كان جميل في الفندق - لا يعيبه شيء .

In the heart of town, different from most hotels and supper clean

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, I liked the fact that you could just relax at the bar and the lounge till whenever, there was security at the ground floor who asked anyone that walked in their names and room number, I found that really impressive. Especially the fact that you can enter the hotel before getting into reception 👏🏾

I booked a standard room and hated the room I was assigned to, it was really small and everything was not exactly as I wanted it, now mind you, I have been to park Regis so many times, both booked by myself and the other times my friend and the room was nothing like that, It was reasonable space and looked just ok for a standard room. I go down to reception to express my concerns and to change my room, the man was very adamant about the fact that there was nothing he could do and there were no rooms available, it’s fully booked he said . I then suggested for an upgrade, and miraculously there was a room available, I think that was very disappointing from them, as I felt ripped off a lil bit. All in all they could do better, my experience this time was completely different as compared to my previous experiences at the hotel. One staff can just change your whole experience in a place and that was exactly what happened. Would still visit again though

very good hotel, good rooms, good staff useful location. breakfast a little bit subpar with tired cooked breakfast, but otherwise no problems

Such a classy beautiful hotel. Understated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was so comfortable. The lobby and bar were lovely and the entrance was private.

The lighting in the bathroom was way too bright. Would be great if there was a dimmer switch. Or a vanity mirror light.

Staff did not make me feel welcome, so I am not staying again.

This hotel is in a good location, and the room is comfortable.

Nobody who works at this hotel seems happy. It is my third stay of 3-4 nights at the hotel, and I don't think I would stay here again. Most staff are unfriendly, stingy, and uninterested in providing excellent customer service. This started from my dealings on the phone with reservations to nearly every interaction I had with reception staff. The guy at reception on my last night was just outright rude. The hotel is in a party area, and they probably have to put up with many 'party people' , but this should not impact how they treat their guests, especially the other guest demographics.

Convenient location but there are many other hotels in the same area.

very poor customer service. Issues raised with reception staff unresolved at the time and no attempt has been made whatsoever by the hotel to resolve things despite subsequently writing to the hotel twice and to their head office.

the location was brilliant and for level hotel very cheap for this trip.

I thought the staff were pretty underwhelming. I’m not quite sure if they had a senior management visit but everybody was very unwelcoming at the front desk. the bar wasn’t open in the evening which was baffling.

the fire alarm went off at 3.00am and continued to do do all day. I nearly hurt myself panicking in the night when it went off the first time.
