Convenient great value for money

Location, luggage storage, staff in hotel. Great value for money. Massive room.

Service in restaurant for dinner was very poor.

The location was good but I have to say I am in bits since my stay.

The mattress on my bed was the worse thing I ever had to sleep on. I was staying in an executive room on level 15. OMG it was the most uncomfortable experience I ever had. The mattress springs was covered by a topper to try to cover this but boy God it was so bad.

Fabulous location. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff.

Check in was quick and all the staff are really helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Personally I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Most things, for staff to the room to a really good breakfast to start the day off right!

Lifts were slow & the room was a little chilly. We attempted to adjust the temperature, however it wasn’t straight forward

Great hotel, definitely would stay again if I’m in Birmingham again!

Property was lovely, my room was nice and clean, bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the check in and out was nice and quick.

honestly so nice l felt like l was abroad. really worth it

the shower and bedroom were really nice ! Can’t complain really. Staff were nice and accommodating plus breakfast was well nice too.

The walls are thin though so you can hear the people in the next room.

Comfortable hotel stay for relaxing after a shopping day

The location was good. The room was a nice size and clean. Bathroom was wonderful Comfortable all round

Not much interaction with the staff. Hotel car park unable to find and ended up parking across the road which was more expensive

During my stay at this hotel, I experienced nothing short of a delightful experience. The room matched the portrayal in the pictures precisely, and all amenities functioned flawlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to return as it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Nice!

Extremely clean in the room and throughout hotel, friendly staff, great facilities (gym, bar, restaurant), bathroom was modern and shower was incredible

Rooms too hot meaning uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

Nicely furnished.

Hot rooms meaning couldnt sleep. Incredibly annoying. Reception confirmed air conditioning not working and couldnt open window. Many people had the same poor experience.

Big rooms bathroom very nice like the shower

Shower blocked flooded bathroom booked for three days reception put it down as two on second day I asked about this I was told no problem it was a mistake the next day my room was blocked had to go to reception and explain again safe in the room wouldn’t open reported Saturday phoned reception and went to reception 4 times took 24 hours before someone came and resolved the problem

I loved all of it. The staff were lovely and polite the breakfast was amazing and the rooms and the reception area was so clean. Felt like I walked into a Palace and not a hotel. It was in yhe perfect location so easy to access anywhere from the trams

Amazing place well set up with amazing staff special shout out to the house keeping team

Just the overall layout and the facilities the room was amazing it was my first time and wish I had my wife with me as I was by myself a on a business trip , I can't fault anything from the staff at reception to the hard working house keepers and general staff all just make you feel welcome,honestly hands down the best hotel I've stayed in for that price and definitely can't wait to visit again when next im in Birmingham totally brilliant 👏

Cant fault anything, even if I wanted to be picky still can't fault anything the gym could probably do with one more bunch but overall for the space the gym was amazing and thats just being picky

I absolutely loved it!

Lovely hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was quite impressive, too! There was food available to order non stop, the location was central. I loved it!

The lifts seemed to be glitching a bit-made us worried, so we took the stairs.

Definitely one to stay in again

Nice ambience, lobby always smelled amazing,centrally located, Comfy rooms, lovely bathroom with quality toiletries.

Breakfast could do with vegan options. Area you had to go through to get to the parking was less than clean.

hotel lacking important details

location was great! rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfy! Staff at reception were fab, very friendly and accommodating.

the noise on the corridors, younger lads banging doors and shouting between 2 and 4am on our first night -no one came to resolve the issue. breakfast awful , what was meant to be hot was cold and what was meant to be cold was hot.
