The location was fantastic, right next door to the metro stop, St Paul’s. So really easy to get around all day for a £3 ticket. Hotel was spotless and quiet, with iron/ironing board, coffee making facilities and lovely quality bedding. The staff on reception and at breakfast were polite, helpful and very friendly. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Staff were amazing and did all they could to offer assistance and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The sofa bed mattress needed replaced

Nice choice of items. Hot and cold drinks. Not too busy when we went down for breakfast.
Was told breakfast was only until 9:30 however online it states 10am finish. As we had been out the night before it would have been nice to have that extra half hour leeway.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable
The room wasn’t clean, things were dusty, the shower had black stuff all over it - of which I have photos. There was paint peeling off the ceiling, the door frame to the bathroom was chipped and broken.
The breakfast was absolutely awful. Truly disgusting. The hashbrowns tasted like they’d been in a freezer for far too long.
The eggs and beans were lukewarm at best. The juices were so sugary they were vile.
I always stay in a Hilton for work and this has by far been the worst

The breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff very helpful. Clean rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Close to the centre. Parking close by which was £6.00 for 24 hrs. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Great value for money. Thank you
Choice of eggs. Only scrambled eggs.

Great location in terms of transport! The metro to take you into Birmingham city is right on the doorstep. The hotel was really friendly and welcoming. It was clean and a really good breakfast!

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, it didnt appear like enough staff were asigned to cover the volume of people. But it was a good breakfast with plenty of options
The one thing I would say I didnt like was that there was no ability to open a window to let fresh air in, the window was completely sealed and the AC wasn’t powerful. If the window could be opend (with the necessary securty locks to avoid access) then I have rated higher.

Lovely inside, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff very friendly and helpful.
One thing that let it down was the breakfast we had included in the price. Hardly and food left before 9am and when hot food eventually refilled it was not the best. No coffee mugs, only being brought out a mug at a time. The waffle makes did not work properly and resulted in crumbs not waffles

Very convenient right next to an tram station. Walk distance to central Birmingham. The street does not seem very safe at night, but the neighborhood seems fine. Did not have problems with noise. Helpful staff.
There could be more options of breakfast, but was ok. Little bit more attention in the cleaning area.

Perfect location for us, right in the Jewelry quarter, the staff were excellent, friendly and courteous, the room comfortable and clean, a great choice of complimentary breakfast (which is very unusual nowadays) check out time of Midday! and the price was very reasonable.

The welcoming we got from Sheena on Sunday 19th may in the morning around 10nish very helpful and polite same with the lady called Faye. Also there is a young boy who was around the breakfast area and clearing plates from the tables he was lovely and chatty and smiling. We stayed in room 005. Enjoyed our stay breakfast was amazing specially the waffle maker

The room was very cozy with good air conditioning that was easy to adjust for the perfect temperature level. Big comfortable bed and all the amenities were good. There was also a great breakfast buffet in the morning, which I fully enjoyed. The hotel was in a convenient location close to the city centre.
The view was not great from the room, not the best for longer stays and people who like spending longer daytime hours in the hotel. But I arrived quite late in the evening and had to leave early in the morning so it was a short stay and the view did not bother me.

For the price I cannot argue. It was a comfortable stay and I have no complaints. Located right by St Pauls tram stop, and a stones throw away from St Pauls Cathedral where you can find nice bars and restaurants, all made it a delightful stay. We did not intend to stay in the hotel much so we wanted to find somewhere cheap and clean. The Hampton was exactly that. The time we did spend in the hotel, we enjoyed and felt comfortable
Everything was great, if I had to find a fault - there wasnt a great variety of pastries at breakfast, but there was plenty of other stuff to choose from which made up for it (cooked meats, eggs, and hashbrowns, fruits, and even waffles).

Unsafe car parking nearby, breakfast was horrendous on each of the 3 days we were there, quality of food was awful, they were obviously not geared up to provide breakfast when busy and never had sufficient available.
