Very pleasant "leafy" location. Very nice bar and excellent breakfast in main hotel. Very good value for money.
We went first to Peter Scott House but we would have better checking in at main hotel, but we soon got the hang of things.

Lovely, welcoming reception staff. Great location and good value for money in peak summer months. Fantastic power shower and pleasant room.
Stay was let down by bed. Two (definitely) single beds made up separately and pushed together to look like a double. Such a shame as it didnt make for a very comfortable night. TV signal poor for mainstream channels but this was tolerable for one night and Im sure if I had reported it there would have been a positive response.

1 Mile from cricket ground.
The hotel and apartments are on separate sites across a busy main road. The apartments are a mix between student digs and a conference centre. They were dated to say the least, shabby in some places.

Location was excellent, free parking and regular bus outside the door to city centre in 12mins. Room was very clean and comfortable, quiet nights sleep & fantastic breakfast included. Staff were universally friendly and efficient. High speed stable internet made remote working very easy.
Room was somewhat dated.

Very nice room and good value for money. It was just across the road from the main hotel which has a lovely bar and outside area.
The shower tray was stained and looked dirty as a result. I would recommend changing the tray.

I really liked the close proximity to where I was working for the day (Edgbaston Priory Sports Ground). it was easy to find.
when making the booking I did not see any instructions for arrival to go over the road to the reception Edgbaston, so was quite confused on how to access my accommodation, I made a phone call to find out and only then did I understand to go and check in. I'm pleased the weather was dry as it would have been quite challenging to work out how to check in. Staff at the desk were very helpful

The price was good for the location as it was fairly close to the centre of Birmingham. The staff are lovely and check in was smooth. They quickly fixed a minor issue I had.
The photos for the hotel are very misleading. There is only one photo of the actual room, which only shows the bed area. This is the only modern, new part of the room. The rest of the room is very dated and tired. The bathroom is very old and the shower was very unappealing that we decided not to use. The rest of the photos are from the sister hotel across the road which is a 4 star hotel and looks leagues above the Peter Scott hotel. I would not have wanted to stay there longer than one night or pay more than the £63 we paid.

The room was fine it had everything we needed.
The hotel had a function on Friday night which was ok as it finished fairly early. BUT on Saturday night they had a wedding reception and the music was extremely loud. We put up with it until midnight but it carried on. We phoned reception to ask when it was finishing and they said midnight.! It carried on and at 12.20 we complained again and asked to be moved to a room where we would not hear it. The duty manager called us at about 12.30 and apologised and the music then stopped.

A decent room close to the university campus.
There was a lot of noise in the corridor and the room was quite basic for the price.

The hotel its self is very nice, all the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was just perfect. Very spacious. Massive bed which was very comfy. I just loved the room and ensuite. The shower I had was so good I stayed in there forever Haha. Definitely recommend this hotel any time. And I will be returning again in the future.
Just the wifi wasnt great and was just in and out all the time but had plenty of data to use on my phone so didn't use the wifi.

Great value for money.
