Amazing helpful staff, rooms so clean,so close to everything
4.2
Fresh towels was provided, bed was remade and bin was emptied without having to ask.
Staff wasn't overly helpful . I had two children with me I wasn't offered help with luggage.
Not many milk coffee or sugar in room, had to buy milk from the cafe and was charged.
I was not told about room service charge when ordering a meal at the restaurant, staff made me feel like I was being inconvenient for saying I would eat in the restaurant instead of room service as I wasn't told about €6 fee and asked for my €6 to be refunded.

It was my birthday so it was really nice to arrive in my room and find some chocolates and 3 drink vouchers for me and my mates. Felt very accommodated at all times.
The water pressure for the showers were a bit weak, so could’ve been a nice shower but this is me being extremely picky.
4.2
Close to the convention centre
4.2
Very expensive for a basic room with no breakfast or WiFi included.
4.2
location is good, near tourist spots
the room we booked is quite small for 3 people but Lorenzo a front desk staff upgraded us to a bigger room
4.2
The hotel was gorgeous. Lovely smell running the whole way through the hotel from the minute you walk inside. Staff are so polite and friendly. Will definitely be re-booking
Nothing. Couldn’t fault it

15 minutes by walk to city center, airport shuttle bus stop in front of hotel. Close to the river. Very nice staff in the breakfast and bar.
Breakfasts were great and ingredients fresh and tasty! Coffee is usualy bad on hotel breakfasts, not the case here! Very good Coffee, waffles and a Cook will prepare eggs according your wish. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet even when Windows headed to the river and main Street. Window blinds made a complete dark even during a day.
Waiting for the available room for more than 2 hours, even when announced our arrival at 3pm. Receptionist left, I had to ask another one and room was already available for couple of hours. She just let us wait for no reason. No spare electrical plug reductions for the guests(should be standard in UK and Ireland). Fitness is rather a joke. Two people is crowd there. Price is very high even considering good standard of hotel and location in Dublin. The hotel room was equipped well, but it is already older dated. Bath was small with shower courtain.

Cleanliness
Room was allocated towards roadside and was open on 2 sides with curtains. I couldn't sleep for a minute due to a lot of disturbance from road.

Staff were very helpful. The location was great. it was easy to get a taxi and easy to walk to other places we wanted to go.
The decor was bland-blah-plastic corporate masculine. The whole place had the feeling of a chain rather than a cosy bolthole in a fascinating and idiosyncratic city. The food was absolutely horrible! It felt tired and dead and cheap and there were no organic options and very few gluten-free or vegan ones.

The room was nice. Breakfast was great. Parking is near the hotel which was very appreciated
Family room only feature one TV so 2 out of 4 couldn't watch.
4.2
The room was very quiet even though we were next to the lift. Pretty standard but very comfortable. Bed and pillows wete fabulous.
Shower pressure was great!
The buffet breakfast is outstanding! So many food choices - the waffle irons are great! The dining area itself is lovely, so bright and cheerful.
Location was absolutely perfect for where we needed to be.
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Quick check in and out.
The bathroom was a little unclean, especially on the tiles, they were sort of stained. Whilst in the shower, the bath filled up with water so not sure if the drain/plug was a little blocked.
Personally don't like a shower curtain or a bath mat for standing in the bath - just always feel like they gather a lot of germs/bacteria.
4.2
Very clean, centralized location to all major attractions, shopping and dining. The staff here are outstanding and every single one of them were helpful, kind, and inviting the second we walked in the door to check in.
The king bed was slightly uncomfortable and needed a bit more cushion to it.
Also the laundry center stays busy and was almost impossible to get a chance to use. The one time I was able to use it I noticed a worked put a mop head in the washer after I used it. It was the dirty mop he used to clean the lobby and sweaty gym floor. I get that dirty things go in to the wash to be cleaned but that should’ve have been done in the commercial washer in the back, not the ones for guest to use. Absolutely disgusting.
4.2
Central location.
Cost was far too expensive. Due to a large scale concert in the city no other rooms / hotels available.
4.2
Letto super comodo, colazione eccellente, personale gentile.
4.2
Very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was the best seen in Europe, well done!
Although everything perfect, the price is still salty.

Dommage!

Location, style, nice products and big beds
Staff not friendly. Needed a pharmacy and they couldn’t even guide me to nearest one. Shower pressure so poor. Springs in bed kept popping at every slight movement. Expensive room and no breakfast provided. Had arranged a late checkout. Was disturbed three times by cleaning staff.

Ontbijt

Outlook . Street wasn’t noisy. Comfortable room.
Too little information, in the room and in the foyer. Staff expect you to use apps, though they will answer questions about the hotel. Check ou times , booking taxi etc.
The hotel is for business . A tourist has no sense of being in Dublin.
My room was not serviced. The ‘do not service’ notice had been taken from the room and placed on the outside handle. I had not done this.
Whe n I reported this to reception in the evening a note was made, cleaning was offered ( I declined) and I was given more milk ( requested). Staff member checked the record.

Rooms were cosy and clean. It was great to be able to set temperature in the room as I wish. Noise cancellation window was superb addition, although you couldn't here much noise in my room anyway. Shower was straight forward to use with right temperature to be set up quickly. Breakfast was amazing, lots and lots of choice, and being able to do your own fresh waffles was fantastic. My Daughter loved it! Definitely would stay again.
We had a room with only shower. The only problem is when you use it water is flooding bathroom.
