Entspannte Tage in einer schönen Anlage!

Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück und eine sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Pools. Wir hatten wunderbar entspannte Tage!

Aufgrund der aktuell wenigen Touristen gab es leider fast kein Freizeitangebot, aber das war auch verständlich.

My first Red Sea experience

I was a bit worried before coming to the hotel as the comments I read about were either extremely good or bad. Luckily for me a had a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Some items to highlight from my experience: 1. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet style 2. Receiving n room upgrade upon our arrival. (Originally, we would have lateral Sea view but received a full sea view room) 3. Complimentary cake for my birthday from the hotel 4. Hotel staff was extremely friendly with me and my family (in general the hotel staff is extremely friendly with all kids) 5. Hotel staff was eager to complete my requests when I asked for something 6. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance from a private beach which is the perfect location for scuba diving and snorkeling as there are large coral reefs with lots of fish. 7. Plenty of activities you can do by the hotel as Tala Bay is "small"village" with restaurants shops, boat trips. You can do watersports such as sailing, kite-surfing, water ski ect.

While overall our stay was very pleasant there are few improvements that I would like to suggest for the hotel. 1. As the number of guests in the hotel for our last days reduced the buffet style dinner was switched to set menu. Set menu meant that everyone received soup of the day and choice of salad. For the main course you could order from the menu and finally fruit salad or dessert of the day was served. We found this initiative good to not waste food. Unfortunately, the staff was not ready to serve guest this way and also serving drinks was really slow. 2. Overall, we had no issue with the cleanliness of the hotel. The only improvement to recommend here is that the focus should be keeping things clean instead of hiding it. For example, we accidentally got a chocolate stain on the bed sheet which was not changed just flipped over to the clean side. 3. Although the hotel had a nice private beach by the sea the swimming area was not large as the beach was close to a port from which jet skis and boats travelled out. For this reason, swimming distance was limited from, the shore and you could not swim to the reefs. 4. The water in the pools were extremely cold. It would have been nice if they got heated up at least a little so they could be used.

Nice time

We like the concept of the Resort. Swimming pools for kids, Sea with Sunbeds, small shop for suvenirs, very good restaurant. Near Tala Bay Resort are another Resorts, where you can come by walk. We found some restaurants, coffe bar, pharmacy, there is beautiful port. You can order the trip Road by Boat. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The Resort is Little bit old and the bathroom was dirty. What was big problem for us - music in the bar was playing till midnight and some guest were loudly speaking and smiling at 2am. I had to call and Go to the reception and solve the problem. I except in the Resort Like this more security guides to stop people Like this.

Great sea and great staff.

Fantastic and quite private beach, with best sea in Aqaba and some nice coral reef and fish you can easily snorkel from the beach. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice with us. At check in the staff gave us a tree upgrade for our room and we really appreciated it.

Rooms cost was a bit too much expensive for what was offered.

Nice mediterranean resort.

Nice resort with a well-kept mediterranean garden with pools (one of them heated) and a sandy beach (the water's edge is pebbly). Spacious, clean, sea-view rooms. They upgraded our room reservation. Thank you!

The service at Stonefish beach bar is very bad, the waiters are not attentive, the tables are not cleaned, the food is brought out in a very long time, the hamburger arrives cold. Heineken beer is 6.5 JOD, very expensive. I do not recommend it to anyone!

Great place to enjoy the Red sea

Breakfast is great, with many delicious options. Many different pools and large beach area. From the hotel you can easily walk to the rest of Tala bay were there are among other things restaurants and a small supermarket. We were travelling with our 5 month old baby and the hotel had all the amenities we required. Staff was very kind.

Food and drinks are bit expensive inside the hotel. Furniture is a bit old, but this was not really an issue. Everything worked how it needed to work. It is not always obvious how to reach everything with a stroller. Didn't help that some elevators were not working initially. Note that this was fixed during our stay.

Very nice!

Very nice and large complex that includes everything you need for a perfect beach vacation: swimming pools, private beach, restaurants, marina, shops etc. There are even places to rent equipment and arrange diving trips. The red sea was very, very nice, lots of snorkeling places from the hotel's private beach and South Beach/ Japanese Garden are very close. Parking is available. Breakfast was excellent. Nice staff, especially Dina from the reception.

The room furniture was rather old. It actually didn't bother us, except for the bed, which creaked like crazy :(. Also, they gave us a room which shared the entrance with another one and the neighbors made a lot of noise at night when entering the room. They were renovating nearby rooms and the paint smell was a bit disturbing.

Recomanded for beach, breakfast and nice stuff. Animation team very friendly.

Both breakfast and location were amazing. The stuff very friendly and always very helpfull. Everything very clean. At checkin our room Was upgraded, which Was very apreciated.

The music at restaurant Was to loud at late hour. So if you want to have a Early sleep îs difficult.

We have been staying at the hotel for 5 nights. We really liked the atmosphere. The location is perfect to relax. Its quiet and just 10min from Akaba by Taxi. The rooms are very nice. Spacey, good matresses which is important for us. The pools are nice and you can enjoy the seaview. Breakfast is amazing. Incedible big choice of food and drinks. In the evening we walked to the Marina (10min) where are a view restaurants with good food. Mr. Hatem and his team from the reception are very attentive. No matter what you need they get it for you. Thank you again! Also Mr. Majdy who was cleaning our room everyday did a great job. The rooms were perfectly clean and he is a very person. We would come back with pleasure.

Great place to spend quality time at a private beach

The Hotel offered us an overall great experience - we received a room upgrade and free water/fruits during our stay and the staff made us feel welcomed ( special thanks for Mohammad Z and Hamzah who helped us with all we needed). The hotel staff was overall at five stars standards - starting with the restaurant staff, cleaning staff, animation team and also the facilities were really nice - beach, pools :) We would come back here for sure.

The rooms could be improved - the furniture is a little old and also the water is leaking in the bathroom. During our stay we also observed a colony of ants in the room - not sure where they came from , but...they were there.

Perfect to relax.

A real beach club inside a beautiful full serviced resort. Perfect if you want to spend some days relaxing after a trip in Jordan.

very nice resort, the staff was really kind and welcoming. We checked-in with Dina who was really friendly and helpful. pools are well located and the beach is great for snorkeling too. the bay with the little port is super for a night walking and the restaurant nearby are top! great experience!

A very well designed resort but very badly maintained

A well designed resort with all the right elements to have fun

Not well maintained at all … dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, some staff members were exceptionally rude (valet parking) - limited parking near hotel entrance and the hotel manager’s car occupies the space of at least 6 cars - Dinner was terrible with no taste .. the desert tasted like bread … no music and bad ambient - exceptionally dirty rooms, towels and bed sheets … hair was found on sheets - rooms need renovation - my son spotted a rat in the garden outside the reception near one of the pools - In terms of family friendliness, the use of strollers is quite challenging… roads are not designed for them and I had to carry stroller around for too many stairs up and down - Rocky beach which made it hard to move inside water - Loud music till 1:00am
