The rooms were incredibly outdated, with worn carpets and a generally tired feel that could use a refresh. When I brought up the issue of the cold room, the staff’s solution was to send an extra blanket, which felt inadequate and a bit dismissive. Compared to a boutique hotel I stayed at in Florence, this hotel fell short in both quality and service, with staff who seemed less attentive and not particularly friendly.
On a positive note, the hotel does provide a ferry service, which was quite convenient—though it’s essential to be mindful of the schedule. They are very punctual, so it’s reliable if planned accordingly.

Absolut sensationelles Haus.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Crowds of Viking and other similar tours blocking spaces and were very loud

Loved the location. When you walk out of the front entrance it really takes your breath away.

Stunning building with great views, clean with a great smell throughout the building.
The executive lounge was ok if you wanted a drink but very basic otherwise. Very little to eat. Had much better experiences in other Hilton lounges.!

We spent 4 nights at the Hilton Molino Stucky for our Anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff met all our needs and made us feel very welcomed. Brelakfast buffet was great, dinner at Aromi and Macaroni restaurants were both delightful experiences. The Sky Bar and the bar downstairs had some nice cocktails, overall really glad we chose to stay here. And the views of Venice at sunrise and sunset were amazing.

Przyjazna i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo miły personel . Pięknie położony basen na dachu budynku. Można tam świetnie wykorzystać czas pomiędzy zwiedzaniem.
Słaba klimatyzacja w pokoju, brak możliwości obniżenia temperatury. W pokoju było bardzo gorąco

Prima, frische Säfte. Sehr wuselig.
Klimaanlage sehr laut

The only positive was the great breakfast. I personally don't have any allergies but appreciated that they had all the ingredients written on every item for those who do have allergies.
Upon checkout again there were long ques however there was a lovely lady who came and was assisting with checkouts of people in the que to speed up the process.
As a frequent traveller to 5 star hotels and having just checkout the hotel, our overall stay was mediocre. Arriving at around 2.30, check in was at 3. We were informed to wait until 3 to get our room keys which was absolutely expected and fine. There was plenty of seating to wait. However due to the long ques and not enough staff to check in guests in a timely manner, we didn't get our keys until 3.20pm. We were told they will bring our bags to the room. After 10 mins, I called to ask when to expect the bags. They said they will bring it. They then called the room another 10 minutes later asking the colours of our bags! Our bags eventually arrived around 4pm. Having only a short stay in venice, we were eager to shower and get ready and leave as soon as we check-in, it was frustrating that we were delayed 1 hour.
The hand-wash pump in the bathroom was empty. I again had to call and request this was filled up.
We were also not informed of the WiFi password. When you click the WiFi it asked for room number and name and then asks you to select a paying package. I called again to ask about the free WiFi. I was told what the password was, it was long and I asked if it was written anywhere (incase I missed it), I was told I had to give an email address at reception. I told them it would have been helpful to be given this information at check-in. She then proceeded to spell the password for me.
Check out is at 11. I went to shower around 10am and the shower was luke warm at best, even at the hottest temperature setting.
We payed extra for a dulex king room, the room was just a standard size in most other 5* hotels I've stayed in. In the room, the cups had clearly not been used for a while as they were very dusty!
The swimming pool can only be accessed by scheduling a 2 hour slot from 8am on the day. These get booked up fast and it's almost impossible to get a booking.
Overall, the hotel is very busy and the service cannot keep up.

beautiful property in a heritage building. very well designed interiors.
1) complimentary water only on first day and no fresh glasses to drink water after that. (2) the skyline rooftop bar is beautiful but wish had better quality patio furniture - Very shoddy / shabby looking and did not match the rest of the look of the hotel.

Mooi gelegen, prima bereikbaar met vaporetto of watertaxi, goed ontbijt, mooie kamers.
Groot, druk hotel.

A fabulous place to stay with beautiful city views. A good location . The staff are always friendly and helpful. The best breakfast. Such a good choice and caters for all dietary requirements . A lovely roof top pool with a fantastic view.
We didn't have a room with a view this time unless I paid extra to upgrade. However we did have an executive room which was very comfortable and we had access to the executive lounge. The shuttle service was not as frequently run in the afternoon but otherwise it was good

Everything was beautiful, it looked and smelled beautiful. There were oil diffusers throughout, the scent was so lovely I sourced it for home. The food was good, the facilities were lovely
I liked it all

Wonderful decor with intricate detail
Not walkable to center of tourism

The location and the building itself.
I arrived around 10:30 and couldn’t get any food or room service. Also the concierge that worked at that time came across very rude. I asked her a few simple questions about the next day and she didn’t want to help me at all. I also later on found out that what little information she did give me was a lie.

An excellent stay with very friendly staff, exceptional food and amazing views. The Hilton boat was brilliant for getting back and to from the city.

Breakfast was good
Concierge lady was impatient and unfriendly

Great location - shuttle boat handy and even from airport there is a shuttle to the hotel so location is perfect! Views from the rooftop etc.. are all amazing!
To get a coffee in the room in the morning - you have to pay for the coffee (even though you pay for breakfast included) and then you pay 80€ fee for the actual transport! Like that’s robbery 😂😂
The pool is COMPLETELY CLOSED ON TUESDAY! So do not book Tuesday 😂😂 thankfully I was there Sunday to Wednesday but still pretty packed and always full! Must be there early morning!
Rooftop prices are different to morning or pool pricing which is dumb and makes me as a customer feel robbed. 5€ coke in the morning, 6€ at pool and 6€ at rooftop! Like what?!?
4.1
The staff were very courteous and the shuttle service by the hotel was a plus. There isn’t much to do on the island of molino and there are no shops near the hotel. The room was very small and in my view not very clean for Hilton standard. We met a straw on the floor in our room and it looked like the room hadn’t been hoovered.
A better sized and cleaner room

we were at the floor that was renovated. the rooms three are really nice, spacious, decorated in Venetian style but not gaudy. bathroom is very comfortable with both shower and bathroom, and bidé. even though the location is tricky - on Giudeca - the hotel provides regular shuttle boat to the main part, and this solves the location problem.
if you are in not renovated rooms - they are horrible. that is a huge watch out. general facilities are also very outdated - the gym, the spa - as if they come from the Soviet era. breakfast is horrible - cappuccino wins the worst cappuccino in Italy. they ask to pay 40 euros for spa usage - i would not go there even if they paid me 40 euros. the pool does not work neither - they use different prétextes to explain why.
4.1

Room was small but quiet. Very gentle staff.
Look like to be in America. Incredible space without heritage. Quality is not enough for a 5 star hotel. Looks like a 3/4 star. Before our arrival i wrote an email to the hotel that never reply.

The family room/ suite was well furnished, a very good size
After a while the location becomes a bit of a pain, being off the main island you have to get a boat across. The hilton shuttle is free but it’s like catching a bus, to take a water taxi is 60 euro one way which takes 5 minutes.
