Wonderful Wales Inn!!!

I booked the Towy Suite, a spacious and beautifully bright room with plenty of windows. The four-poster bed was luxurious, and I appreciated the comfortable couch, large screen TV, and dining room table that made the suite feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a huge shower that added a touch of luxury. Room service was a treat – I received a massive plate of fish and chips paired with a carafe of wine, all of which was delicious. Breakfast the next morning was made-to-order and served in the inn’s dining room, adding a personal touch to the stay. The clientele here is what I would call “respectable,” embodying a refined, traditional Wales charm that enhances the inn’s peaceful, quiet ambiance. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and my stay at The Plough Inn was perfect in every way. Highly recommended!

A lovely break in the countryside

Nice room and decent breakfast. Staff were fantastic, Sarah on reception was wonderful and extremely helpful Barman and waitress at breakfast were also very good View's from Room and patio were wonderful Very large car park available.

Very little, only that price of accommodation and drinks did seem a little expensive. Probably because not many other hotels around this area, thus you may be charged a premium.

Absolutely amazing will stay longer next time perfect sleep before visiting Dobbs grave in Pembrokeshire xx

It’s smelt very nice and was extremely clean and also breakfast was amazing top form and the lady serving us was outstanding really appreciate her and rewards to the chef as they were the best sausages ever xx

A beautiful hotel with exceptional food

I thought the plough Inn was fabulous. Its location (with lovely views across the valley) friendly staff, beautifully appointed rooms, and public areas were all wonderful. The crowning glory was the food, which was absolutely exceptional, both dinner and breakfast.

My wife thought the bed was too soft and bouncy

The lady at the front desk was super efficient with the check in and check out The room was lovely and clean with a great view Scrumptious breakfast -lovely porridge

The bathroom smelt musty and there was no extractor /extractor fan not working We noticed the heater in the bathroom but no extractor mechanism

Brilliant short break at a fantastic hotel. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed at The Plough for a few days away. Superb holiday, fantastic hotel. Staff brilliant, very friendly, just lovely. Great full English breakfast in the morning and great meal at night in the restaurant. This is our second time of staying at The Plough.

Maybe a box of facial tissues in the bathroom.

Lovely place for a little getaway. We will be back!

it is perfectly placed on theA40 for access to a number of places of interest. the view from the bedroom is beautiful. the breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. it was our second stay there and we would go again.

Excellent , friendly, comfortable

Everything was good Staff were very nice and very dog friendly The room was really spacious and comfortable The food is very good too And the location is beautiful with gardens and seats outside and lovely views Llandeilo is sweet and lovely cafes and shops and ofcourse nearby countryside is wonderful

Clean, tidy and very comfortable accommodation. The restaurant was exceptional with lots of gluten free options.

A comfortable stopover close to the Ferry. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lots of steps to cart heavy suitcases up and access through the eating area.

Fabulous restaurant and food, great dining staff. Very nice bedroom, very comfortable.
