Convenient just off the motorway.
Great breakfast
Window wouldn't close in the room and didn't no how to put the heating on
4.1
Staff were amazing. One gentleman in particular looked after us from check in to check out and couldn't have been more helpful. Sorry didn't get his name!
4.1
The staff were very good
Would prefer a shower cubicle rather than over the bath
4.1
Modern, recently renovated
Not all good was available on the menu during lunch/dinner. Limited healthy /vegteable options
4.1
Nice clean room friendly staff polite and helpful
Not enough tea bags and milk in the room and my wife found it difficult to get out of the bath when showering a handle on the wall to hold would be helpful
4.1
Though the place was busy with racegoers we received a friendly welcome and checked in very quickly.
We hae an evening meal in the bar which was very good and very reasonably priced. There menu was pub grub but there was a good and varied choice, nicely presented and good quality.
The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and very comfy bed.
Breakfast was great - a nicely cooked and plentiful full English.
Nothing, it fullfilled our needs for a very good price.

Location suited us really we and was easy to find.

Adjacent to a pub which may not be to everyone’s taste however convenient and the food, service was great

The hotel seems safe having to use the door key to get down the hall way and to get into the hotel itself

Hotel was clean, rooms ok, staff friendly
Meals standard pub fare, breakfast slow and expensive for location, Green King Pub/Hotel with no Green King IPA (2nd of thier hotels where we have experienced this)

Huge bed, very comfortable. Newly fitted bathroom. TV with lots of channels. Friendly staff, offered room service at no extra cost, easy, free parking. Surprisingly quiet. I had a meal in the pub, perfectly nice.
Nothing really.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who dealt with us on check in. Lovely room, looked like it had been refurbished recently and very quiet. Short walk to the town or the racecourse. Will definitely stay again.
All good
4.1
Room was fine, had everything you would need
Bed was comfy and the bedding seemed clean
Bathroom was adequately stocked although the bathroom bin was on the small side
The breakfast was awful. I ordered a decaf coffee and a sausage sandwich. The coffee was only warm and the milk jug was dirty. I did show the waitress and she changed it for me but the second jug was also dirty. The bread for the sausage sandwich was thickly covered in margarine which melted due to the heat of the sausage and made it completely unpalatable. There was no option of decaf coffee in the room
4.1
Only negative was the bread. It was not the best and it was worse when toasted.
Quite noisy at times with the dining area being quite loud making the experience less enjoyable.
4.1
Excellent customer service, clean modern facilities and decor. Staff very helpful and polite. We would definitely stop here again when in the area!
Not much, maybe better cutlery in the restaurant and new shower hose but all this seems rather petty when compared to the good points!
