You hear everything from the entrance (we were on the second flore), hallway, corridor, neighbours rooms. Neighbours came in from 00h-3h so little to no sleep.

Staff, a Courtyard and staff.
A/C could have been more efficient.

Room cleaned daily. Friendly and helpful staff. En-suite shower room with toilet and sink. Excellent air conditioning in room. Own key to building as well as room.
No food or drink available in hotel. Toilet seat to be secured better.

Quite far from main attractions.
Nice quiet area.

The staff was really friendly and nice. We could get in the building easily, the water bus stop was close to the hotel.
There was mould on the wall in the room and in the bathroom, too.

The hotel is a little paradise, near the city center, everything was excellent, very clean, and all the staff was so kind to us.
Thank you once again🤗

Location was great.
Staff was friendly and efficient.
Good value for money.
The bed. We booked a big bed for a couple, but we got to single beds joined together that kept separating, specially the 2 matresses.

All was fine, very nice area.

I had room nr. 22, a room with a double bed, there was a wardrobe with hangers and a safe, a sink with soap, and a desk with a chair, 2 windows. It was clean, smelled good, they gave me 2 towels. Comfortable bed, spacious room.
There was a communal bathroom with a toilet and shower, I never had to queue for it, it was clean and very big. There was a separate shower cabin opening from the hallway.
The front-desk person was very kind and helpful, I could leve my luggage there for hours.
Once you have your key, you can leave and arrive 24/7.
On the first floor there's a lounge area with a dozen of antique furniture a books, it looks incredible, with a good view outside.
It was very easy to find if you follow Goggle Maps. It is located at a safe area.
I could get to everywhere, very calm area, lots of stores and restaurants 5 minutes away.
If i come back, I would stay here again
My key for my room was a bit off, it was hard to open it and close it, and it was a bit noisy to crack it open, but it was manageable.

Location.
Very cold.

A true oasis in a most beautiful and vibrant part of the Castello neighborhood in Venice - this was a real find and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous water view. The owners also go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are totally knowledgeable about the area and its history. A gem of a place, highly recommended!

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were a tiny bit small and instead of doors there is a sliding partition, but that didn't affect us much. Wifi was good and the location was also away from the main areas which was delightful as Venice is very crowded nowadays. To reach the hotel, you need to take water bus 5.2 or 4.1 from the St. Lucia train station and it takes about 40 mins.
No lifts in the hotel, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up and down. It would be good to have doors in the bathroom.
3.5
Nice canal view, nice staff
Air condition was not really cooling the room down (although it was on the coolest setting), TV does not work

Curious hotel/guest house. Almost charming mid century hotel that has seen little change in decades. Extremely clean with a quiet courtyard garden and roof terrace. Canal views over boat moorings. Location is 20 mins from St Marks but only 5 from Via Garibaldi with good restaurants, bars and food shops. However, lots to dislike too... But you get what you pay for and this was cheaper than similar looking hotels that rated much the same.
Old furniture might be charming but bed was a metal frame as wide as shelf with a rock for a mattress. AC was noisy and barely cooled. Advertised breakfast was just not there, the guy at reception explained it was coming in September. It was early August! The courtyard was unkept and the hallway had furniture from disused rooms.

nice location near minor canal , bridge, water taxi stop, nice view to rooftops and internal garden
smell, very basic room ( yet could not expect too much for that price in peak season)

The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in morning and the location was perfect.
The host was very friendly. Great place to stay, highly recommend.
Leaving. Could of stayed another week.

Not only was the location and accommodation great, but what made Locanda Sant'Anna the most special was certainly the customer service. I had personal issues on my trip and Valter was ready to help in whichever way he could. I felt safe and welcomed as a solo female traveller.

We booked a room with a private bathroom but were not given an en suite room. The place was clean and in a great location but quite noisy as the walls are very thin and there was a leak in the bathroom. Also our bathroom sink had a dripping tap. Overall as I’d chosen the place for the private bathroom over one in a different location it was not good value for money.

Everything. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The owner let me book a second night last minute and gave me a free room upgrade. I was also allowed to check-in early. The location is perfect. Right on Venice island but a bit off from the main tourist traps. You get more of a real Venetian feel when staying here. The facilities were clean, there was no curfew and the location is easy to find. Can't talk enough about how helpful the staff was as well. 💞 Will stay here again in the future.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Location is very good especially for the biennale, the staff was helpful and friendly as they were willing to let us check in late, also the overall vibe of the property is good. The view from the room is very nice overlooking a beautiful canal, also the neighbourhood is very authentic and not overly touristic.
The facilities and overall amenities of the property are ok but not up to modern standards, for example there is no power socket near the bed, in general it looks like the interior and facilities are stuck in the 90s

Very nice little hotel, with a nice little garden and common space. The staff was very kind. Located near to the giardinni.

Nothing about the room n place
There were no single beds which I paid for.
Bathroom was too bad 👎
4.5
The room was bigger than I expected and had a sink. My room got cleaned everyday and the airconditioning was also working really well. Although the room was a little bit out of the center, the walk to the center was not bad at all, because you had a view of the city and you were walking next to the city.
Nothing, I was really happy and surprised by the quality of this hotel and the friendliness of the personel
