The access city for the wonderful ancient temples of Borobudur and Prambanan, the city was clean and free from skyscrape

Location, extreme courtesy of the staff, refresher drink on arrival, the swimming pool, the AC which worked well and was so necessary in the oppressive heat

Very good

Good location to Malioboro however very busy with people, cars etc. It will take time just to get to the hotel due to traffic. It does not suitable for people who want quite peacfull holiday place. This hotel maybe good for people doing conference/business

No balcony so not really have fresh air feel trap inside room

Location. But then since Jln Malioboro is closed every night, need to know another way to get to hotel.

Rm is squeezy (small), miscomm w booking.com and/or hotel on request for extra bed (but fortunately able to get extra bed after sm altercation), massage spa is small, provide limited services and messeuese not that professional.

Great location, met expectations but not exceeded...

Location is fantastic

Guest amenities very basic - only shampoo and conditioner, no body wash or moisturiser, which for the price of the room is almost a given in hotels of this rating/rate. Tubes so small and writing even smaller had no idea which was which.... Also, zero flexibility on a late checkout past 12pm, which when you have a 6pm train, is a long time - even a few hours would make a difference, and am sure it could have been accomodated a little bit more, not just a firm no. Room feels a lot smaller than the pics. Breakfast was good, quality, choice and quantity - just a bit strange there was not 1 knife - how to spead butter and jam on toast?? Also, no extra sockets by the bed is strange these days to not be able to charge phone by the bed...

The location is perfect.

About the room's door. It seems they installed the hydraulic door closer upside down. We have to put a little bit of force to open the door, and then if we let the door close, it will slam the door. Also, the shower room is too small. They should put a curtain or something so it won't wet the whole toilet area.

Good location, clean bath- and bedroom. Free transport to train station. Western European standard for Western European prices.

Rataurant has Vegan menus but when we tried none of seven options was available. Took the waitress 20 minutes (taking different orders, then coming back) to find that out herself. No Vegetarian or Vegan option for breakfast. In short: avoid the restaurant.

Good facilities,the room is very clean,the service was excelent all the staff were so friendly ..the breakfast was average but theres lots of variety of food from western to local food...main thing that i like the most the location is very close to main street of MALIOBORO ABOUT 1 minute walk 50 meters walk...

Parking lot is to small...valley service is to long..we need to wait 10-15 minutes to get our car out...the acces to the hotel is to packed....

Great location to explore malioboro

Location is superb, especially if you're going to explore Malioboro area. It's quite as well. Room was clean although size is average. Most hotel staffs are friendly, helpful and well groomed too.

Breakfast was just okay. The roast potato was too tough/hard. Could do with a bit more protein choices along the rice
