Pessimo

Il servizio è terribile. Ho chiesto un ferro da stiro e mi è stato detto che c'era una lavanderia comune, ma questa lavanderia era tutta sporca, con la biancheria sul pavimento e il ferro da stiro molto vecchio non funzionava nemmeno. La struttura sembra più un dormitorio che un hotel. Alla reception non c'è nemmeno un set di dentifricio. Esperienza molto negativa.

A beleza do local supera os problemas. Entretanto, precisa e pode melhorar, muito!

O local do hotel é privilegiado, estando no meio da baia de Veneza. Existe uma beleza natural que contribui para uma boa experiência em meio as árvores e demais paisagens. As manhãs no café e o período da noite foram especiais.

O local é muito antigo e faltam reparos e/ou manutenção. Inexiste infraestrutura adequada para passagem dos hospedes que precisam chegar em suas estadias, especialmente no prédio central, carente de calçada e iluminação. O primeiro quarto que reservaram através do Booking era impraticável, com paredes descascadas, móveis velhos e equipamento de climatização estragado. Diante disso, questionados, prontamente reconheceram os problemas e, sem cobrar valores adicionais, fizeram o upgrade, ofereceram um melhor. Porém, vale apontar, a fim de contribuir com o referido hotel, que também apresentava problemas de limpeza e dedetização. Noutro ponto, o local disponibilizado para lavar as roupas se encontrava sujo e cheio de entulhos. Várias máquinas estavam inoperantes e/ou funcionando parcialmente. Vale enfatizar também, que foi preciso mais de 6 horas para concluir o processo (lavagem e secagem). Tendo que, ao final, desistir e levar para finalizar a secagem no quarto, visto que já eram 2h00 da manhã e no dia seguinte iria viajar para Roma!

Das Zimmer und auch das Gebäude war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Frühstück auch nicht so gut.

Un'isola di pace con vista sulla laguna di Venezia.

L'esclusività del luogo, la pace del luogo, il percorso artistico tra le sculture nel parco, la colazione internazionale.

La sera del mio arrivo l'unico ristorante dell'isola era tutto prenotato e siamo dovuti ritornare su Venezia per poter mangiare...

The grounds are beautiful and we liked the separation from main Venice. The short ferry ride is no issue. It takes just a few minutes and is extra sight seeing. The sunset from the dock can be amazing. It’s very handy to have a restaurant on site and the breakfast included is amazing. The AC in the rooms is strong, but the controls take a minute to figure out. Run the AC hard before it shuts off from midnight for several hours. Don’t open windows or mosquitos will get in your room and chomp on you at night. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant but a bit inconvenient stay

The location is very nice. The hotel is on a separate island and in a park with a lot of greenery and fresh air (and mosquitoes) which is a very good distraction from overcrowded Venice. My room was ok and it was clean. The bed was comfortable! The breakfast was nice with everything I needed.

When I arrived I had to change my room twice: the first one had a broken shower door while the second one was not cleaned yet. Also, my key stopped working twice. I had to go to the Reception and ask them to adjust it. Don’t really understand why I had to do this but this was a minor and weird inconvenience. The location, despite being beautiful, is really not very convenient either: I spent way too much time waiting for the ferry to come take me to and from Venice. In the morning, it was either 10 or 10:50 am and the difference is huge. So just bare this in mind, a lot of wasted time.

Very nice hospitality and relaxing experience !!

It is a very nice hospitality structure, like paradise let's say the island ! Good Wi-Fi, very good restaurant, the breakfast is quite good, the staff amazing, the environment is amazing and the whole experience is extremely positive !!

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff was caring and helpful.

Since located on island nights were quite cold. Heaters were not functioning.

For the price they could at least clean the room properly, it seemed that noone have washed it.

Personal was really nice and polite.

The rooms were really dirty it seemed like they were not cleaned and washed. The garbage was still filled the tables, shower, sink and floors were dirty, only the bed was tidy.

Not a good value for the money. Not recommended.

Staff was very friendly. The garden is nice.

It feels like staying in a hospital. The room has very likely the same furniture as it used to have when it was a hospital for people with mental illnesses. Beds are not comfortable. The whole place has a cold and lonely athmosphere.
