Great value and central

Great value, big room with ensuite and comfy bed. I like all the plants. Shared kitchen. Good value for the cheap price. Just like pictures and very central to main square in historical centre. 12 min walk from big la Torre supermarket.

the hotel was fair

the location of the hotel is close to the city center, the beds were good but some of those are unusable, the bathroom is too stretched and the hot water is just warmer.

the parking lot, we have to take our car too early from the parking and pay extra charges in other public parking for the rest of the time before we leave.

Perfect Location near Central Park

I was charged more than the agreed on the app but I got an extra bed so that wasn't an issue. My room was next to the reception so it was too noisy but at the end we were able to rest.

Great location and nice terrace open to all.

There is not enough ventilation. The room and bathroom are starting to look moldy. There were cabinets that are starting to fall apart and should be removed completely.

good location, friendly staff, rooftop with nice view

bathroom wasn’t clean when we got there (hairs in the shower) and crumbs on the chair. the kitcherig was also dirty. the closet underneath the sink was fallen apart. the shower was cold, but they did offer us to change rooms. they were friendly, but it felt like they didn’t have enough staff.

Excellent location and cleanliness

Excellent location since is very near to the main places at Xela , it is clean and price is fair.

The wall colors are little bit disturbing I think less is more and maybe they need to try to be minimalistics , use neutral colors that are more visually more pleasant The painting out side the dorms are great though, we love it !

The worst hostel I have ever stayed at! It’s filthy, the beds sag, the pillows are the worst I have ever seen, the shower is mouldy, the room stinks of Febreeze so strongly that it is giving me a headache, the LED light is giving me a headache, my room opens onto a super busy street and the chaos permeates the room even with earplugs, I had to ask for a blanket that is not wet, the wifi sucks, the staff was rude, there is no ventilation. My shuttle arrived late otherwise I would have found another place for tonight. I paid for 2 nights but there is no way in hell I am staying here again tomorrow. Total sh!t hole!!!

Xella is cool.

Payed upfront for 3 nights. Decided we needed to leave after 1. Refused even a partial refund. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Waitres at a nearby restaurant said it is very dangerous. Didn't see anything myself but it did feel off.

The disco lights were really cool and the bed was also very cozy.

The bathroom was very small, as well as the parking lot. Also, warming up the water was kind of difficult. It didn't get hot as fast as I would have liked.

The bed are old, they are not to comftable. The rooms have color lights with speakers, and the guest from another rooms put music louder at the morning and late at night. The front desk need be more attention
