Struttura ottima
E soprattutto personale gentilissimo .

Nie widział problemu z wcześniejszym check-in. Sam zaproponował aby zostawić bagaże w obiekcie w kilkugodzinnym czasie miedzy wymeldowaniem a wyjazdem na lotnisko. Komfort wystarczający, adekwatny do ceny.

What was advertised was what we found, so everything alright
It's on the third floor without elevator

I enjoyed everything but the 85 stairs I had to go up to my room where bad
The flight of stairs I did not like

The room was very clean. Location was excellent, near major sights. The host was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations. Great value for Catania.
The street had a lot of graffiti. That made me nervous about the area. But I was told that Catania is like that and that the area was safe. We were 10 minutes from the main plaza.

Great location between the bus/train station and the centre. We loved the little balcony. It was very clean and even cleaned during our 2-night stay.

It was an amzing stay in Catania! The location is absolutely perfect, super close to all the most beautiful and recognizable atractions! Our room was lovely and super clean thanks to a lovely lady who did an amzing work every day! On top of that an extremely helpful and friendly landlord who gave us all indispensable information, sent links, allowed to keep the luggage on the check-out day and charge our dead phones before our flight! We can't wait to get back! Highly recommended!;-)))

The location is very close to the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was great to see Catania center, sleep one night and head to the airport in the morning. The host organised a taxi ride for us, which showed up exactly as ordered.
The neighbourhood might not seem perfect but this is southern Italy and should be expected. There was some noise from the street during the night - music, cars etc. but this should be expected in the city center.
The rooms are on 3rd floor which requires some luggage lifting - there is no elevator.

The host was really helping. I broke the key in the lock and he solved this issue very fast and with a patience 🙂
He also kept the room and facilities clean and tidy.
Even if he did not speak English we managed the communication smoothly.
The location is great - between the city centre, bus terminal, train station and Lidl 🙂
We could use the fridge which was helpful.
It was good value for money especially if you are away most of the day.
You could hear the neighbour from the shared bathroom and from the coffee machine which was not pleasant early in the morning.

Prompt response. Taking care of basic needs like closet, wall hanger, reading light, access to coffee machine, etc.
Climbing 3 floors could sometimes be tiring. But since its located in downtown, its understandable.

We had a private room and bathroom. Good access to transportation.
I would not walk around this neighborhood at night.

The location is great, in the city centre, close to the train station, about 8 minutes walk. The couple who greeted me were also very welcoming, with mini cakes and coffee for breakfast. Room cleaning service was available every day. The bed was very comfortable.
There is some noise when you use the water in the bathroom, but it is acceptable to me.

The location wasn't what I booked, the new location is fine, may even be better. The room was exactly as pictured. The host is very kind and prompt, lives upstaris.
The shower gets cold and hot unpredictably, which may have to do water pressure. There are quite a few steps of stairs, which may not work well for some people.

Very nice bnb on the top floor of an old building. the room was quiet and spacious. the bathroom is modern and clean. the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. the location is super central, perfect to explore for 2 days!
it was perfect, just be aware, the room did not have a window/ it was covered. and it gets cold, but their aircon heats very very well!

Good check in communication from managers. Located near some great bars and restaurants, 5-10 minutes to centre, and 10 mins to bus station and train station. Bed and shower fine, good sized room. Feels secure.
The street was a bit noisy and dark (but is being improved), and a noisy nightclub nearby on Saturday night. Pillows too big.

It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, we had a coffee machine and a muffin for breakfast. The owner was really helpful, when we asked for something we got it quickly.
The walls are really thin, we heard our neighbours and when someone was in the bathroom.

A very good location , very clean and comfortable. Good communication with the host at all time.
We visited Taormina, Castell Mola and Circumetnea tour. We went for swimming in Giardini Naxos: water was excellent!
We enjoyed the fish restaurants in the Fish market and the local fruits: Sicilian Kaki and grapes and cactus fruits.
Because of the rainy& cloudy weather we couldn't take the trip on Etna, but we enjoyed Catania and surroundings.
We will definitely be back for that trip in the summer season.

Very good location in the city center. In a walking distance to the main attractions, Central railway station and bus stop for Etna volcano. Complementary coffee and sweets every morning. Everyday room cleaning. Very easy communication with the host. They even allow us to storage our luggage for free as our flight was later at the evening. Definitely recommend the place :) Thank you Stella del Sud!
No elevator in the building

Cute apartment, the decor was fun and the bathroom super modern and clean. Plenty of space in the room and convenient coffee pods for the morning. The balcony was nice, a little scary from such a height. All in all, happy.
The host sprays too much air freshener in the room, it makes you cough and feel very suffocated. It's easy to hear everything when other people are staying, annoying when they slam doors at 2-3 at night. The stairs all the way upstairs are equivalent to a marathon but we didn't mind, it's a historical building.

It was in the historical center, we could go everywhere on foot. Train/busstation was close. Airco in the room. It was clean, someone cleaned the room during our stay. Was not necessary but sweet anyway
We heard about the new Stella del Süd on a different location on the day of arrival. Coffeemachine didnt function well, the coffee was cold, no mather how long I waited
