Exceptional

Vani , Zahra and Rio were excellent 👌. Nothing was too much trouble. Whatever we requested , it was done with a happy smile. That was for everyday of our stay.

Nice hotel with lavish interior design!

Comfortable and nicely decorated room. Looks like royal room! Pleasant bathroom. great breakfast buffet. Hotel also offers free parking for motorcycle rental. And generally good place to stay!

The hotel was full occupancy when on our arrival. we and a few of other guests also had to wait around one hour plus at the lobby to get our room ready. The hotel is located beside a very busy big road. Not possible if you want to take a stroll. There isn't any convenience store nearby to get night snacks. So if you are not locals, it's better for you to take taxi/gojek or rent a motorbike to go around. or you can just order from food delivery app like grabfood

Exceptional

This hotel will be a good choice for people who plan to visit Yogyakarta surroundings - getting to the city center takes a lot of time, but it is situated on the main road which leads outside of the city. The personnel was nice and professional, room was clean and had comfort beds. They also have a pool and restaurant on 8th floor with city panorama.

The room was without view and it was literally no view - you just look at the wall 1m in front of the window. Because of that it was quite dark in the room.

Excellent hotel , staffs very friendly and courteous, rooms at level 8 are dark snd not well light, curtains cannot open due to facing courtyard n swimming pool .rooms and bed comfortable but shower room wall tiles and floor tiles are slimy and mouldy look like not scrupped for ages. Breakfast excellent plenty of variety n choices. Will come back again

Had a long stay at this hotel with my husband. Firstly, they put us to a smoking room which we never booked one. Then we

The location to the hotel is easy to access and close to shopping malls and other public places.

The staff seem not professional when handling guests. Their lack of understanding English is intolerable.

Good place for a short stay in Yogyakarta

Good location for visiting Borobodur, Prambanan and Malioboro. Extremely comfortable beds in a decent room. Free parking was a bonus.

Pleasant

Nice design, polite and helpful staff. Nice breakfast option for Europeans.

Bathrooms were filthy, towels were really worn out, more like cloths than towels

Good value for a Yogya trip

The location was good. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The view was nice (room 913) we were given the room with a nice view. Some people have complained that they were given a view of the wall. The pool was nice but a little cold. The room service breakfast was biiig but took a long time.

The balcony door wasn't closing properly. Some parts of the bathroom was a little dirty, maybe because it's a little old.
