Excellent. As always.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi. Steam room and sauna was a treat. The food lovely. The bat staff team in the evening were great. Swimming was so much fun and staff there helpful and kept the place safe. Great experience.

I felt the bedroom I stayed in could have done with a refresh not that anything was wrong. Still modern and clean. Just know holiday inn standards are very high so maybe a little spoilt by previous rooms there i have stayed in. 😊

Nice enough place to stay for work

Location - close to where we needed to be. Bed was comfortable and room welcoming. Robe and slippers were a nice addition as well as the shower gel, shampoo.

Restaurant staff were a little blasé. Had to ask for things a few times. Breakfast staff were nice and helpful. Carpark was a tight fit. Peephole in hotel room was blocked with tissue someone had pushed into it.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, Essen sehr gut.

Der erste Eindruck bei der Ankunft war sehr einladend und das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut, Abendessen sehr gut, vor allem, dass die Kinder vor 20 Uhr noch kostenlos vom Kinderbuffet essen konnten. Pool und Whirlpool waren abends eine willkommene Entspannung, kostenlos und extra Handtücher gabs dort auch noch. Bahnhof zu Fuß recht schnell erreichbar.

Restaurantpersonal abends hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können, kamen leider nur an einem der 4 Abende öfters und wiederkehrend am Tisch vorbei.

Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück war gut. Für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage war okay. Bahnhof relativ schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool bis 21Uhr geöffnet, so dass die Kinder jeden Abend nochmal schnell etwas planschen konnten. Fön, Bügeleisen waren vorhanden.

Fürs Parken wurden Extra-Kosten berechnet. Der Schrank war viel zu klein für vier Leute.

Overall, a comfortable stay :)

We recently stayed at this hotel near Sutton city and overall, it was a pleasant experience. - Great Location: The hotel's proximity to Sutton city is a major advantage, making it convenient for exploring the area. - Spacious Room: The room was quite spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. - Good Shower: The bathroom provided a good hot shower, which was refreshing and enjoyable. - Efficient Staff: The staff were quick and efficient, ensuring a fast check-in process.

Overall, the stay was comfortable with some minor areas for improvement. The location and spacious room are definite highlights, while better maintenance and cleanliness would enhance the experience further. - Outdated Bathroom: The bathroom could use some updates as it felt a bit outdated. - Maintenance Issues: We encountered a couple of maintenance issues, such as the toilet paper handle coming off and some dust under the bed. We even found a baby shoe under the bed, indicating that cleaning could be improved. - Noise: There was a bit of noise, but it wasn't a major problem for us.

I had the most enjoyable stay in the comfortable, clean hotel.

I received a very nice welcome and had a room on the first floor....I would think newly refurbished....very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast in this hotel are great....very freshly cooked and lots of variety.

I was happy with everything and was able to watch good tennis on the many tv sets in the hotel.

Good location, breakfast and average rooms.

Clean, quiet facilities. Location and parking facilities perfect. Clean quiet pool a bonus (especially when the sun is shining).

Beds are uncomfortable (dipping). Checking in was slow on past 2 visits. Although reception staff were just sitting in side room. No bell or alarm to notify them.

Parfait, hâte de revenir.

Absolument tout. L'hôtel est parfait, le staff aussi. Parking super et gratuit pour personnes porteuses de handicap. L'espace sport piscine est parfait. La chambre, baignoire, lits tout est nickel et confortable. La deco et style sont très jolis. Le lieu est calme et arboré, face à la bibliothèque universitaire c'est sympa. Nous avons hâte de revenir. Vegan friendly en plus.

Rien. Il manque juste le vegan full english breakfast et le tchai tea latte Starkbucks. Boutique maillots de bain serait super. Et couches bain bébé par exemple.

Positive people, great value and would use again.

Room was a good size - the food in the bar was good and quick to be delivered.

The coffee in the Starbucks was SO hot it burnt my mouth! Not good when you are about to deliver a training day. Gym looked a little on the small side although I didn't use it as didn't have time.

The most friendly people.

The hotel was clean and family friendly. The stuff very kind, caring and friendly. They gave lots of attention to the children and nothing was too much for them. Food was good and enough choice. We loved our stay at Holiday inn in Sutton and 100% recommended. Thank you

Afraid to say that we will not be staying in this hotel again.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for what we required.

The room was small for what was sold as an executive room. There was only one bathrobe when we checked in despite the room booked for 2 people and had to call the front desk to obtain another one. The following morning after housekeeping had made our room up there were no bathrobes at all and the complementary bottles of water had not been replaced and the used drinking glasses were still on the bedside tables. The instructions when turning the TV on didn't work and we had to call the front desk to come to the room and resolve the problem. On the second day of our stay one of the lifts was out of order and remained so for the rest of our stay. The fee for parking the car in the hotels dedicated car park was excessive.

Mostly good

Pleasant large room with everything needed. Swift check-in and check-out with helpful staff. Good breakfast. Functioning air conditioning that responded to user control.

Impossible to find your way into without a satnav. Very slow service in the restaurant. Very busy when I arrived so can understand it took a while to take and fulfil my order. However by the time I finished my main course the restaurant was nearly empty but I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody came near me to ask if I wanted a sweet or coffee. Finally got up and went to the bar and signed off the bill. Another solo gentleman on the next table again had to get up and go to the bar to order a sweet. In these days when so much emphasis is rightly put on disabled access it is pretty stupid to design a dining room that requires people to help themselves to their food and carry back to the tables on three levels.

Staff very kind. Nice modern room. Good car parking facilities. Shops local. Kid friendly swimming pool. Nice jacuzzi. Nice small fitness center. Decent breakfast. Fairly priced.

Carpet in room could have been cleaned/hoovered slightly better. Loud music in night until 1 am, not sure whether coming from neighboring bedroom or ground level restaurant. Apart from that the hotel was really nice and modern, we enjoyed our stay, many thanks to the employees.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to the staff of Holiday Inn Sutton for looking after my family and I. The service was excellent and my family and I had a great time. The facilities were awesome and the food was delicious. We really felt refreshed after our stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the price of parking is too much. £12.00 a day is just ridiculous. £6.00 would be very reasonable. I would like the price to be adjusted.
