This hotel has a really nice vibe. The rooms are really clean, the bed is comfortable and the story about this hotel is great. The location is good, close to the plaza des armas. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We liked what they did with this colonial place. We recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, with two twin beds. The restaurant food was delicious, we ate there more than once for both convenience and taste. The restaurant was very comfortable and a relaxing place to hang out by the wood-burning fireplace. There are some power outlets so that you can charge your cell phone while you browse the hotel's internet. The on-site massage service is of excellent quality and value. The on-site laundry service will wash your clothes at a reasonable cost within the same or the next day. We loved the courtyard, and the candle-lit ambiance, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is very close to the central historical area in Cusco so it is easy to walk to most things to see and do in Cusco. Our room had a space heater, which was very useful for the winter climate. Extra blankets were also provided in the room. The shower water pressure and the temperature were excellent. We used the shared bathroom and never had issues with waiting for others to finish using the bathroom.
The room needs a few more hooks for hanging clothes. Most nights the hotel was quiet, but on a few nights, the next door property was loud so I needed to use earplugs. It would have been better if the power outlets in the room were located closer to the beds. The floor in our room seemed to be sagging and my bed was tilted at an angle because of this.

beautiful design and ambiance
close to Plaza dr Armas
nice and helpful staff

the shared bathroom was clean but it had a strange smell

The property is enchanting in a beautiful old building with a lovely central courtyard and beautiful murals in the rooms and public places. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their small restaurant for guests has a nice menu and everything we tasted was just delicious. The best part is that their profits help support 600 Peruvian children, which is so wonderful.
Not a thing!

lovely hotel, full of character and very helpful staff
there needs to be a hairdryer in the room & the bed was a little small

A wonderful stay in the heart of Cusco - the location, accommodations, and staff were all exceptional!

Unique Design and Homey/Cozy Place!
Staffs were also very nice and helpful. Especially, Diana, who helped us a lot due to our flight cancellation in short notice. We also learnt that the profit from the hotel operation is for the poor children. Also, breakfast was very good with homemade peruvian cape gooseberry jam and fresh coffee.
Bahtroom in the room we stayed is a bit small.

Unique building with a lot of charm and character
The room felt a bit dark even with lights on

We absolutely loved our stay at Ninos. Such luxury after all our other accommodations in Peru! The room was totally dark at night, with no noise at all, and such a comfortable bed. Our shower was lovely and hot, with great water pressure! The lighting in the room was lovely in the evening, with lots of small lights rather than one overly bright one. All the furniture and decoration is thoughtfully chosen.
Outside of the room there is a beautiful courtyard which was perfect for reading, with comfortable cushions on the chairs. At night the courtyard was candle lit, which was beautiful.
The staff are attentive, and the cafe has a good selection of food and drink for all meals. It also had an open fire when it was cold!
I cannot recommend this hotel more, we loved it! It is also a short walk from the main square too!
The only slight thing to note is that the room was quite dark in the day, but it didn’t bother us, we were out all day and enjoyed the cosy ambiance in the evening.

The hotel is really nice, better than pictures! The courtyard is lovely with candle light at night. Very much attention to details. The restaurant is amazing! Staff is lovely. The room we stayed was a 4 bed one, very large and comfy.
Our room was quite noisy as on the main road. The hotel is a bit far from the main square.

The staff ia very friendly. We first had a room where hot water was not working but after mentioning it to the hotel, they gave us another room which was bigger, less cold, cleaner and where hot water worked.
The initial room we were given was not great at all and was not worth 70 USD a night. I think the hotel should consider lowering the price of that room.
The second room we were given was better and more confy but is still not worth 70 USD a night. On top of that, breakfast was not even included.
Given the prices we paid so far in Cusco, I think the hotel should consider reviewing its pricing policy.

absolutely beautiful property, courtyard amazing. breakfast great. staff super helpful.
the internet is terrible, there is no signal there either and the plug sockets in the room didn’t work.

We actually ended up at the Fieros location. What a gem! The rooms and restaurant and sitting areas were so charming. The food at the restaurant was so good, we ended up eating there for every meal except one. we were able to walk everywhere too.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very nicely decorated, just like the pictures. The beds were super comfy and the room in general was very clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and comfortable and I loved the courtyard. I had lunch and breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed both.
The location isn't the most convenient, but it's not far from the main square

Amazing decoration, cozy and quite place. The staff is very friendly. We stayed here before and after the Inca trail. Leaving the luggage there was no problem.

I felt very very safe all throughout my trip, and the employees are fantastic. Helpful at all times! The decor and the rooms were absolutely epic work of art! I stayed at the 2nd Ninos.
Location is a bit hard to find

I stayed here at the beginning of my trip to Peru and immediately booked it again for the end. The moment you walk in it feels like you’re in a secret garden. The detail to decoration and the abundance of plants make it feel like home. The staff is so helpful and friendly and their restaurant has incredible food as well. The beds are super comfortable and the little heater in the room was definitely appreciated. Gracias Niños Fierro!
