Muy buen con excelente ubicación

La ubicación excelente, cerca de la plaza de armas. El desayuno uno de los mejores, completo con varias opciones. La habitación estaba cómoda y con bastante abrigo de cama. Te daban agua caliente y te para que puedas tomar en la habitación, una gran cortesía.

La ducha era intermitente dado que salía agua, se cortaba y volvía a salir, además costaba regular la temperatura, o muy caliente o fría. El repechito de la entrada si estás con mal de altura te puede dejar sin aire.

Great location and price

The room was clean and it had a good location The reception was so nice as well, we were going to do a tour each day, and the lady always gave us a breakfast to go the night before Some candies, water, fruit and a cookies, really appreciated this!

Una muy buena estancia

El desayuno estuvo bueno Quizás le faltaba un poco más de frescor a las frutas, por lo demás todo bien.

Lo que No Me Gusto, es el ingreso al hotel. Esta descuidado. Llegamos con lluvia y el agua corria por la entrada del hotel. Podrian canalizar esas aguas de forma adecuada hacia el desagüe.

The service is 20/10!!!! The staff if great and provides you with everything you need. You have tea and hot water, and coffee in your room, also water. Did I mention the staff is excellent?

The entrance is ugly and you think you're entering into a bad neighborhood, but then the hotel is good. Not a room for couples since doesn't feel that private because the hall is on your window, which is thin.

Perfect place to stay when you're in Cusco. Helpful and friendly staff, always water and hot drinks available for free and great location.

It was a bit cold in the room at the patio, but the extra blankets in the room help.

Great hostel in cusco! Located 5min walk from main square, people are very welcoming and helpful (being welcomed even on late evening, happy to help keeping our lugages for 2 extra days, bringing us hot water and tea/infusion every evening...). Breakfast is very nice (with bread, ham/cheese, fresh fruits, avocado, scrumble eggs...). Wifi is working well. Hot shower, bed comfortable. I strongly recommend!

Just to say something, floor is a bit noisy so you can hear some of the others guests.

Cosy and c comfortable

Everything, but partiuclarly the staff- Fiorela was so kind and helpful. Also the huge smart tv in the room was amazing. I slept like a baby here. Breakfast was great (maybe a little early) and the showers were hot. Mine didnt work for a bit but I was able to just text and it was fixed within 5 mins.

Honestly nothing really. Shower can be a bit unpredictable but thats really it.

Great spot! Location is only two blocks away from Plaza de Armas, but far away enough that it was pretty quiet throughout the night with no need for earplugs (and I'm a light sleeper who usually uses earplugs). The employees were all very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and buffet style! Fresh local bread, fresh local fruits (like passion fruit), and lots more. We got our own little two-story apartment with two beds on the 2nd floor and the bathroom on the 1st. The place was very clean and they regularly came to clean the bathroom and provide us with more soap, toilet paper, and towels. They also have a fridge that people can use in their main area for any takeout. I have no complaints about this place, we had a super great time here!

Great spot with fantastic staff

Askha Cusco was an excellent place to stay. The room was perfect with heavy blankets on the beds and a radiator in the room if it got chilly. The water was always piping hot when using the shower or the sink. The breakfast was great with plenty of bread, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and scrambled egg. The location was great right in main historical area. The best thing about this place was the staff who were so friendly and accomodating. They looked after our bags when we went and did the 4 day inca tour. On the day we were due to leave I got food poisoning from a local restaurant and they were able to put us up for another night and really looked after me. Everyone of the staff here are a credit to the hotel.

Close to city center, kind staff, hot water available for teas at all times, equipped kitchen with fresh fruits for breakfast, availability of a laundry service on request. They let us in the room even before check in times.

everything was lovely. location was AMAZING!

it doesn't look like a hotel, but the room was great, and there was always hot water for tea available, and little kitchen in a common area.

it was a bit cold at night (July 2022, harsh winter). but i asked for more covers and got them. it made a big difference.

the location was good, bed and linen were comfortable

at various times there was no one at reception and everytime we went for breakfast there was no one and nothing left. The breakfast is okay but arriving at an empty space with all tables with leftovers and nothing to eat and no one at reception wasn’t nice. hot water was intermittently but they fixed after our first night with cold shower

Great budget place to stay in the centre

Big, spacious room and it was a quiet area. The staff were always so friendly and we left our bags there whilst we did our treks. When we were cold they brought us a heater. The Wi-Fi was great. Although breakfast was basic, for the price we paid it was great. Super location and close to a great coffee shop!

The staff was nice and accommodating, the room was big and well equipped and in general looked nice and well maintained. The location of the accommodation is also perfect.

Great location

Location is perfect, free tea, staff helpful but not easily available, value for money for location was great.

Very cold rooms even with extra heater, first room that was given to us smelt of mould and the toilet seat had wee drops, changed room much better but skylight that makes the whole room yellow and wakes you up early.

Staff was very helpful and patient (we've prolonged our stay two or three times and changed rooms, but they accommodated all our needs and even moved our stuff from one room to another). Good and cheap laundry service. Not too far from the center.

It's a bit tricky to find the entrance. There was also construction going on which was almost blocking the entrance
